She has the bed side manor of an angle. Didnt rush you double checked odd results on my EMG(3) over 7 years and spinal injections were a breeze for me. Understanding not everyone is the same she did the best she could even not getting the result you were hoping for. I finally after 7 years had to have spinal fusion at (Drexel) not recommended I am coming back to her for testing to see if the damaged nerves are recovering any. She is beautiful in every meaning of the work. This is a true and well thought out review not shot from the hip.

Extremely unhelpful. They do not perform ablations anymore. When I asked for a referral the receptionist said “i dont know”. When I asked her to ask a nurse, she straight up said “no”. I apologized for bothering her and informed her that google has reviews about ablations and injections she said “i dont care”. Patient beware!!!!

Trying to figure out why the staff is so cold,and unorganized very unprofessional everything they told my wife was completely untruce they did not care abouty wife Helen pain level. they said they order medicine never did called both pharmacies or gave us prescription when I drop my wife off for her shot , made her wait until I came back to sigh a paper stating that I,am driving her home which this was her 3rd shot they know me. My wife just could have called me when she was done .I drop my mom off at her doctors 10 min away that is why I drop off my wife.Once again they never said I had to set in Wait ing room ,like being in jail just a simple shot.Dr Jennie is a good doctor very good but her staff needs to be replaced.Once again Dr Jennie Corrinne Baubllltz is an excellent Dr 5 STAR and not even 1star for staff.
