Dr Jones is wonderful! She has great bed aide manner and is wonderful with patient care. I met her when I moved here and found out I was having a miscarriage. She is kind and I would never think to go to anyone else. When I got pregnant with my son she was exceptional. I was induced and she was the best thing I could have asked for. Dr Jones and all the staff at Lancaster physicians for Women were exceptional and I am happy to be in their care.

I am an established patient and was denied help. I was told that an appointment was necessary to get a prescription for a yeast infection. I tried to treat it myself and had no luck. I called to make an appointment and was told by Rebekah, the receptionist, that they have a busy practice and nothing is available until a month out. I asked her to ask the doctor what will happen if I go untreated for several weeks. I was told advice can not be given out over the phone. You are probably laughing at this point, as I also was. She told me to go to urgent care. I switched to Dr. Jones for more personalized care. While Dr. Jones is not at fault, she is responsible for her employes. I will be changing back to my old doctor.

I came across a couple poor reviews when I googled for Dr. Jones # & had to do a double-take. At first glance this appears to be a lousy rating of a very capable, intelligent, warm professional... but it’s NOT! It’s 2 people venting frustration about support staff/computer glitches which caused some real inconvenience. For this to stand for the record as a poor reflection on Dr. Jones is reprehensible, totally inaccurate, and misleading. Dr. Kara Jones has been sensitive, empathetic, informative and supportive in my experience- what more could one ask for in this specialty??

Dr. Kara Jones is a great doctor.But I need to say the young receptionist Who’s name I don’t know yet but I will find out soon and reposted whose name I don’t know yet but I will find out soon and reposted it here, that girl is so rude she should never be working on the phones again.I am going to HR to report her. DR. Jones office needs to fire this stupid ignorant. I got no other words for her. This is the 2nd time I have had encounter with her . And both times were the same very rude .

Sitting in the office 45 minutes after my appointment waiting for the staff to process my insurance that I already called and verified ! The idiotic office mangager actually had the audacity to tell me Id have to reschedule my appointment because they couldnt figure out how to use there new system! Umm yeah no get yourself together! Prior to this it took me 3 hours over the course of 5 days to even get an appointment schedule. Some huge mess with merger transfer god knows what totally out of patience! Hoping the doctors provide a level of care that makes the redicules amount of time Ive wasted worth while ! They really need to sort out the mess the change is causing for me personally its caused hours of wasted time tons of stress and frustration over a 3 week period of time . If they cant pull it together and start functioning properly Ill be done for sure ! Id honestly recommend going elsewhere since its not really worth the hassle . Id definitely go somewhere else if I hadnt already spent so much time setting up my records. Very disappointed in the practice so far.
