I have been a patient of Dr Thia since 2006 after being hit by a semi. He has been a wonderful Doctor but the service has seriously gone downhill. I have repeatedly been prescribed medication that I am allergic to.Danny Jones was amazing but that new girl is rude and absent minded. I am not risking my health for her again. I will make the long drive out of town rather than to there again.

I was in the office yesterday to follow up on a prescription that I have been trying to have filled for 2 weeks now I was in pain and asked what I should do or where I could get My prescription filled I was given a blue card to a place in Palmdale to which I couldnt get the meds the Young Lady at the reception window was not helpful at all I felt She didnt want to help Me I asked another staff member could the Doctor give Me something else She went to the back and brought out another prescription and I went over to High Desert and they were able to fill the prescription I get a phone call this morning from the office Manager stating She was calling to warn Me about Me being disrespectful I was No more disrespectful than the Receptionist I asked where the compassion was I felt She didnt care about Me I asked for Doctor Jones who I learned through another person had an emergency and had to leave I have seen this same Staff member interact with other patients and She has the same cold disposition.I am very dissatisfied with the serveI am in shock that someone would contacted to reprimand me as if I was a child. The medical industry is a very sensitive entity especially dealing with peoples illnesses and i do feel a lack of training could cause issues like my own.Being to work with people, being to communicate, being considerate, being professional, and customer service should be number one priority.I hope no one has to go through the rude, uncaring, uncouthful, and lack of compassion towards a person at this location.

I feel so bad for the staff at Lancaster pain management. I go in every month for my appointment and I see how bad the staff gets treated by the customers if they don’t get their way. I have been going there for 7 Years and I love all the staff, I have never had an issue.

The office here is so nasty and every time you walk in they add a new sign as too something the will not do. If you forget your appointment date dont bother calling them you will just get yelled at by the nasty people at the front desk.Absolutely zero patience and completely unhelpful. Also they only take cash so if you show up with a check or debit card you will now be turned away
