Have had a wonderful experience so far with Dr DOnofrio. In January had a scope performed on my knee that didnt quite fix my problem and was forewarned this might be the case. By the end of March I was scheduled for a partial knee replacement that so far has done the trick. My leg hasnt felt this good in years even with the normal pains of healing after a fairly invasive surgery. The entire staff has been on top of anything Ive needed to help me recover and has checked in quite frequently over the last two months to make sure Im doing as well as possible.

This was the absolute worst experience for my son. He was told he needed surgery and when we went for a second opinion, they wouldn’t give us all the MRI images that were taken. He was fitted for a knee brace by an office manager, not a doctor or physical therapist and had to get another one. The bills were sent to the wrong person for 3 months, totally disregarding the address I put down as the guarantor. Then when I did get a bill, after calling twice to change the address, they sent a letter two days later threatening to send me to collections. Do not go here for any orthopedic needs.

Dr vaziri is incredible. He has now done 3 surgeries on me within a year n I couldnt be happier wit the results. His bedside manner is awesome. I wouldnt go to any other orthopedic dr. His assistant angie and amy are great. Ive had to have alot of paper work done and these girls have always done it in a very fast way. They answer all my questions as well. Professional services always.

I have gone to Ohio Orthopaedic to have surgery on both my right and left shoulder. I have my right shoulder done by Dr Priano in 2009. I had my left should done in 2017. In June of 2019 I started having a lot of pain again in my left shoulder. I decided to call in to schedule an appointment to get it looked at. I had to leave a message though. I got a call back telling me I needed to call another number. I called the number and extension they gave me and they told me that I could not be seen because I had an outstanding bill at the Physical Therapy Center they owned. I explained to the lady that I was set up for monthly on that bill. She said it did not matter they could not see me until it was paid in full. I tried to explain to her how and why that bill came about. My family was heading home from the store in November/December of 2016 when we were involved in a hit and run. Because of the accident I had to go to physical therapy. The good news was that I was going to be alright and they found the person who hit us and his dads insurance was paying. So I went through Therapy January - March of 2017 to get my neck better. I then had my surgery with Dr Priano in November of 2017 and it was followed by physical therapy at the place they recommended (and they own). After about two/three weeks of PT the lady at the office told me my PT was declined so I called Anthem Blue Cross to find out why. They told me that I had used my 20 visits. I explained to them that was due to a car accident and all parties where reimbursed for that. She said okay then you should be good I would look into getting that fixed for you. About 3 visits short of finishing PT (the whole time I was paying my co-pay) I was told it was declined again. Again I called Anthem and was told the same thing so this time I asked to speak to a supervisor. That person said the person I spoke with previously was wrong. They use a third party company for PT and reimbursed or not 20 is 20 and I was out. I let the PT place know this the whole time I was fighting with Anthem to try to get it overturned and paid. In the meantime even though Ohio Orthopedic knew what was going on they sent me to collections. Once I got the final blow that it was never going to get paid by the insurance company I set up monthly payments to be taken directly out of my account.Prior to making the call to my see Dr Priano for my shoulder pain I was on payment 6/7 of an 18 month plan. No misses or lates because it directly taken out. It did NOT matter to the two ladies I spoke with at Ohio Orthopaedic I was not going to be seen by the Dr (Priano) who performed my surgery until the bill was paid in full. I wasnt a dead beat patient. I didnt avoid the bill. I paid every co-pay and every cent I was asked to for the first surgery and the second. I also paid every penny for my first physical therapy as I plan to finish doing with this last one. This is the worst service I have ever been provided. Please avoid this company and go to OhioHealth Orthopaedics in Pickerington or Columbus.Andrew
