My kids and I have been coming here for years.. The staff has always been nice, smiley and respectful... But that new woman at the front desk is something else.. She is rude, impatient and always has a tone while speaking to you.. Almost like she is above you. Its making me think about switching to a different doctor office. Ughhhh

It is a quiet place with a lot of kindness and respect, although they need to improve the appearance of the waiting room.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They do not care to help. It’s nothing but a run away. If you need help, just go to the hospital. That’s their exact words to me. They are NOT there to help and don’t care to. Especially towards someone who needs helps.

I have been calling for 3 days trying to get my child an appointment and keep getting transferred to an answering machine. And I have left messages for 3 days with NO CALL BACK. Who is in charge of this place I am sure there is a supervisor somewhere. Good thing he is not having a crisis. This is why people dont seek mental health care.

They make no effort to help anyone. They can only transfer you to and answering machine and they never call back. They also frequently allow patients to go without medicine or treatment.

We were seen without an appointment and little wait time. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the therapist spent as much time with us as needed with no rush. I was pleasantly surprised.

Worst place my Son and I have EVER gone for Help! They are no help and in fact can make situations much worse. You have to fight to get your records transferred! They try to cheat you in every way they can. I avoid that place at all costs!!

Some of the most unprofessional, uncooperative staff. Continual interruptions, no patience. A lot of the reviews on here echo this. Not surprising.
