Dr Harris is not someone that should be doing any amputations. He did my moms first toe amputation. He allowed her to have an opened wound with the bone exposed after he took the stitches out for 3 month. She also had a sore on the side of her foot that he said was turning into an ulcer. She told him many times that she did not want him to cut any skin off of it and to let it heal on it’s on. He grabbed the blade and cut anyways!!! The day he did that is the day she said enough!!! . She scheduled an appointment with orthocarolina and had to have another surgery to correct his horrible attempt to amputate. She was healed 2 weeks later. The ulcer she was told she was forming turned out to not be an ulcer once she got away from him and him cutting it many times it healed on its own. I can’t imagine what would have happened if she would have continued to stay there. Most of the home health nurses she had for the 3 months in his care told her to please go somewhere else that this wasn’t right and 2 other drs expressed that even though podiatrist are allowed to preform surgery they shouldnt and this was the case for her podiatrist. Please consider going to a specialist. Don’t put your self through the torture she experienced!!!

I saw Dr. Harris today. This was my first visit to their office, and unfortunately, my first foot injury. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. My nurse and Dr. Harris were exceptional. He explained everything going on in my foot with common terms and analogies to help me understand my diagnosis and our next steps. So happy to have found them!

Had an ingrown toenail removed and team here was amazing. The only pain I had from the procedure was when they injected the numbing agent. If your having any issues with your feet don’t hesitate letting the team hear take care of you.

From the girls at the front desk to Dr. Percival and his assistants everyone is so nice and accommodative. Dr. Percival performed lapiplasty/bunionectomy surgery on my foot and has been so thorough in explaining the procedure and what to expect. They are a great team! Im so glad I chose Carolina Podiatry!

I was treated in 2018 for an ankle injury. Dr P. was nice, however nice did not heal my ankle injury after wearing multiple walking boots and ankle braces. My cost were adding up and injury still painful. I decided to go to an Orthopedic in Charlotte for evaluation. I was diagnosed, had surgery and treated. I am walking fine now with no problems or pain. However its 2021 and I am still receiving bills in the mail from Instride. So disappointing. Yes I did have insurance however why am I still receiving bills (2 now in 2019 and 2020) since 2018 from Instride. They seriously need to do better with their billing. I would not recommend them to anyone. I had ongoing pain and lost of time and money from this practice.

Dr Brandon Percival and his whole staff are amazing. I was very anxious about a procedure i had to have on both my feet. Dr Brandon and his nurse came in and they both took the time to explain everything they were gonna do. By the time Dr Brandon got started he was able to calm me down. If you need to see a podiatrist i highly recommend them. Thank you Dr Brandon for everything you did for me.

I want to express my gratitude to Dr. William Harris for his insightful and caring process he has used in treating my condition. I moved to the Lancaster area about a year ago, immediately after having surgery in Wilmington, NC for a crushed heel bone (calcaneus).I fell off of a ladder at my former residence and surgery was performed with the aid of a plate and fourteen (14) screws. After months of physical therapy and healing, diagnostic tests indicated most of my heel had mended. However, there was this critical non-union of two (2) of the largest parts of the heel that had not joined.Additional surgery, requiring a re-opening of the area along with more months of rehabilitation looked more imminent. Dr. Harris suggested a less-radical procedure using a bone growth stimulator where treatment could be rendered daily in my home.X-rays were taken at approximate 8-week intervals to see if the stimulator was working and IT DID! The non-union is slowly but surely closing, saving costly conditions, in both time and dollars.Since my calcaneus re-work, Dr. Harris has also attended to a critical situation with the great toe on the same foot. He was concerned with infection getting-into the bone of the toe and took precautions to ensure a positive outcome. Ultimately the nail needed to be removed, but it was performed with the greatest of care and professionalism. My wife recently required help with an ingrown toenail that ultimately required surgery. This also has a positive outcome under Dr. Harris’ treatment and care.Dr. Harris has the contemporary knowledge and skill set to tackle issues with precision and has a great bedside manner to boot! I would recommend him for any type of foot care.

Not impressed overall! when I had a bump on my foot that I was told it was going to be a localization but have to do it at a surgical location and then when going over the paper work they were talking about what medicine that would be in my IV; that’s not a localization.
