Dr. Morgan is wonderful BUT the office is terrible! They always lost track of my son’s shot records every time we went in and I ended up having to keep up with it myself. I’m currently trying to get him transferred to a new pediatrician because this place is so poorly run. I just got off the phone after a 20 minute phone call with one of the people in the office swearing that my kid doesn’t have a file there. After being transferred to the office manager, she found it immediately. Just ridiculous. I’ve been waiting since July 12th for them to transfer my son’s medical records to his new office. When I just spoke with them they told me I needed to sign a release waiver, yet they never spoke a word of that when I requested his information to be transferred two weeks ago. Moral of the story, great doctor but not worth the trouble!

Went for a flu shot and was over in a minute. Super accommodating when I was running late from work because of traffic. Amazing nurse!

My Dr is Dr Morgan and she is one of the best doctor I’ve ever had . They care about there patient and help you with your medical needs

After missing a call for lab work results. We called back to find the results and was told a nurse would call back. Waited 4 hours and no calls. The next day we called again and was told that the nurse would call back. Again we waited all day and got no call. The next day we called again at 2:00 PM and was told the nurse was out to lunch and would call when she returned. After 2 1/2 days they finally called back with the results. What a way to run medical office. Luckily it wasnt life threatening. I hope the doctors read these reviews.
