It was a terrible experience. 1st, it took my Dr. three referrals for them to even make an appointment to see me. 2nd, I waited months in pain for the appointment when one was finally made. 3rd, the MD who seen me treated me like I was a criminal there for questioning, not a patient. 4th, My AFFLICTED AREA WAS NEVER ONCE EVEN LOOKED AT before a diagnosis of fibromyalgia was given. 5th, I was basically CALLED A FAT DRUG ADDICT, which honestly is a bit amusing considering Im about 90 lbs over my ideal weight, but I dont even drink or take tylenol. I was however ACCUSED OF USING IV DRUGS, which is not only offensive, but considering my weight, not very likely.There was SOMEONE WHO WITNESSED THIS TREATMENT, or lack thereof & I will surely be turning it into the appropriate officials.EVERYONE DESERVES FAIR, UNBIASED CARE. DESPITE THEIR WEIGHT, DESPITE THEIR INSURANCE. This is an outrage.

I love Dr. Adusimilli!! She is such a kind hearted person and so smart as well!!

Great experience from start to finish. Dr was very kind and is a good communicator. Staff was efficient. Very pleased!

I stopped going here. Terrible experience. I was seen for all of a minute- I was leaving even before my scheduled appointment time....its a money machine- charges the earth for appointments and you get such little care. I’ll live with the pain until I can find another place to be seen.

This place sucks. Ive been stuck going here for years and it keeps getting worse. I go in and the doc looks at the computer the whole time. She asked how I feel and I told her I cut my arm off and she continues to look at the computer and say ummhmm thats good. She gives me a 3 month prescription and tells me to come back in four then you have to fight for a refill. She lets you know how important it is to make appointments and not to stop the meds because you could die but never gives you enough till the next appointment. This place just sucks.

Called and could not get any staff on phone.

Scheduler was very rude on phone and hung up on me. Currently I cannot walk and have been passed from doctor to doctor getting tests and referrals. They cant schedule me for a month and a half. Guess Ill just keep on not walking...

This practice has really gone downhill. I cant get them to answer the phone. It either rings endlessly, says its closed for lunch or tells me its closed for the day at 4:30 when the website says they close at 5:00. I have sent 4 different texts/emails via MyLGHealth to Dr. Allen over the last year that were totally ignored. Even when I called efter not getting a response & told the nurse would call me back, I didnt get calls. I dont know what has happened. Ive gone to Dr. Allen for years & was pleased. Shes a really nice lady but Ive been feeling ignored for quite a while now.

If I could I five it negative rating...tried calling multiple times, answered by garbled message, the ONE time I did get an answer...simply horrible service....I was referred by the V.A. community based care program and tgey have been informed about this wadte of V.A. and taxpayer resources.

I couldnt be happier that I was sent to Arthritis and Rheumatology asso. I was so well taken care of and Ive been doing well ever since. Wouldnt go anywhere else. You cant go wrong going to them.

My wife was there for the first time, to see the Rheumatologist doctor. We were very pleased with the way we were treated, from the moment we arrived, until we were done. My wife is very pleased with her dr. therefore, will keep on getting treated there. Thank you!

It has taken me 3 weeks to get a hold of someone to cancel 1 appt.

Other than stateing the obvious that I have arthritis,they didnt do a damned thing for me.

They wont answer their phone sent me down stairs to have blood work. that is now costing me over $1300 , could have been done in their office, no staff available cant answer phone. and one time did but hung up was to have paperwork done in 5 days, 2 weeks later not done. Would never reccomend them to anyone

Its a wonder they have any patients at all, the woman doing their scheduling is very rude!
