My appointment was scheduled for 3:30 PM and I arrived at 3:15 PM. As I was filling out paperwork I was called to the desk and informed that Dr. Blue had just left for the day. They confirmed he knew the appointment was on the schedule, knew I was there and decided to leave anyway. No reason given. I suppose it is for the best because I was hoping to see a professional, but Dr. Blue clearly hasnt got a fiber of professionalism within him. Deliberately wasting my time was just flat out insulting. Never been there before and never will be again.

I broke my ankle 4 weeks ago. I have zero complaints. Staff is very friendly. Jennifer was awesome. Dr O’Malley is a wonderful surgeon and very friendly and gives it to you straight. And it’s local. Thank you so much.

Dr Blue is the best and this office has wonderful staff from front desk to the back nurses. Would recommend this team of professionals to anyone.

This is the WORST doctors office experience Ive EVER had.. Twice! The staff is extremely rude, the wait time is absolutely horrendous, and they give you very little of their time despite the long wait. I didnt even get the chance to ask the doctor questions because he was in and out so quickly. I actually had to take my son here after he fractured his elbow and they made us wait 2.5 his to be seen. The receptionist was extremely unprofessional and rude and my son was justifiably fidgety after the first hour. Never ever ever go to this doctor.

I dont know anything about Dr. blue, it seems most of the reviews refer to them. I just wanted to chime in and say that Dr. OMalley helped me when nobody else would even listen. He helped me to walk again after auffsuffe in pain for 8 years since a surgery from another doctor who kept saying I just wanted pain medicine. Dr OMalley checked my leg, removed a plate and some screws and Ive had significantly less pain since that surgery, immediately after the surgery pain was less even while still recovering from the fresh scars and staples. This man is an excellent surgeon and very friendly person. It seems only people who are angry leave reciews and it leaves things skewed and its not fair to those who actually care and do a good job .Thank you doctor OMalley.He did my surgery in 2012, its now 2018 and I looked this up. Thats how much of an impression he left on me .

Dr. Blue, unprofessional. Not very personable. Dr. OMalley is great at those things, yet refers every we quazi-risky surgery to another specialist.

Seen DR. Blue for a knee injury from an auto accident. While hes not the most personable person, he is a very competinent doctor. He performed surgery to repair my knee and I have zero complaints.

Take my advice DO NOT go to this Dr.

I stopped coming here because of Dr Blues ineptness, unprofessionalism. Staff rudeness was another issue. Had to return today for my GD who was seen previously in emergency for her ankle. I was so furious I almost left the office. I will be finding new Drs for her too and not returning to this office again. I can say Dr OMALLEY is probably the best physician they have.
