Do not go here unless you want to wait an hour past your appointment time or have to come in and wait 2:30 hours just for a prescription refill. Also if you are waiting this long no one checks on you follows up let’s you know what’s going on. I finally walked out of my room to find my doctor just standing in the hallway and then he walked into my room after I saw him.

Going into the waiting room for a check appointment with my infant daughter, they dont have a separate area for well kids and sick kids. We were asked to go there 15 minutes before which we did, they called us in 25 minutes after the appointment, 20 minutes until the doctor arrived, 20 minutes of the visit, and another 15 until the vaccines were ready. We spent there 2 hours. A little exaggerated.They need to work on upgrading and getting more entertainment equipment for kids and especially, on the waiting part.On the second visit. A ridiculous wait again. We are changing office.

They tell you you need a prescription then send the prescription and it gets rejected because it needs insurance preapproval. You the patient end up calling around only to find that no one on the staff that works any position other than the appointments desk answers their phone, or calls the patient back.You need the prescription so that the doctor can monitor your use to make sure you don’t have a reaction.Why they don’t take care of this for the patient? And why they don’t call the patient back? Beyond me.

Dr. Allen is very thorough and caring to your concerns. Dr. Rodriguez is fantastic with my daughter, she really does like going to see her, its awesome.

Charged me a deductible when they werent supposed to. All they had to do was run the insurance but decided to take the lazy route and charge first and ask questions later. Told me that test results would take 48 hours, 72 hours later i am still waiting. Office staff is no help.
