I made an appointment online and was given service in a very timely manner. Had a wonderful phlebotomist who was super sweet. Refer to my name she just saw me today...she is great. Thank you for a painless visit.

They make you make an appointment, then when you get there you see that the lobby is packed, and its an hour wait even with an appointment. They should all be fired and just start over from new. Any professional office that has a 2 star rating needs to look at that office manager, and replace them immediately. This place is a joke -5 stars

I really like that they offer the first hour for immune compromised or pregnant patients. Fast process, was in and out within an 1.5 hrs due to fasting. Friendly people and clear instructions were given.

Followed instructions on mobile check-in then was told to wait in line outside after they sent me a text saying they were ready to see me. Then told me I didnt have appt. when my name was clearly on there schedule. Needs new management.

I’ve been here a few times. Everyone is always very nice! I always make sure to make an appointment and never have to wait long.I get very nervous getting blood drawn but the techs always do a great job!

The check-in attendant was rude AF. It was my first time going to a place like this and even though I thought I did everything right (made an appointment, showed up early, smiled through my mask) I felt like I messed up. Hey! Check-in lady! The first question should be “have you made an appointment?” The second should be “what are you here for?” Not, “do you have a lab report?” No, the instructions said to show up and show my ID. I have no idea you’re talking about. I recommend proper customer service training and maybe a sprinkle of empathy.

My two year old had to go to the bathroom as we were waiting for our appointment. They said they couldnt find his lab orders (even though i had it with me from his doctor just in case) and therefore wouldnt let him use the restroom. He had to pee in some bushes outside. Very cruel to do to a child.

Signed in, asked if they could please confirm lab order was received so that I didnt wait and not be seen (happened before). Was told they had 6 patients ahead and had to wait after them to be helped. Horrible people skills, 0% customer service skills. They werent even busy. Everyone was sitting down. It looked pretty stable as far as patient processing. Maybe they need a raise or better management so that they can help patients better.

I had a awful experience in Quest. I arrived at 6:10am on Aug 7, 2017 and there were two lab techs Dawn and Wendy the day.Ive had my blood drawn a lot in life and five fertility treatments and its never been bruised or hurt for longer than a couple days. Its not even at the needle entry, its off to the right and still hurts. Arm pain from a simple blood draw is definitely an area of concern.I informed quest customer service line about my experiences and got a call from a lady who informed that supervisor is on vacation and she will be back in 3 days. I havent received any call from the supervisor yet and Im still waiting ( more than week)Lab tech Wendy supposed to drawn my blood, but she STOP and walk away. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE!!!Finally the other lab tech Dawn came and drawn my blood. She has a LACK of EXPERIENCE. Stay away from her. She may hit deep my nerve. Its never been brushed or hurt for longer than a couple days. BE AWARE of THIS PLACE. UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE and LACK of EXPERIENCE!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

Horrible place, it took forever to be seen, employees are talking about their private life with other employees and everyone in the waiting room can what every word they say. Theres empty boxes everywhere, good luck making it I to the room if you need a walker or have a stroller. Its like a messy storage unit, I cant believe this is even allowed. Also the results take forever, at least 2 weeks, absolutely ridiculous.

This establishment is very slow. They do not value their patients time. Most people visiting this lab are fasting and the staff shows no sense of urgency. I took my 1 year old and my School age child here. After waiting for over an hour- I addressed the employee behind the desk to see how much longer the wait would be because my children were starting to grow antsy due to fasting. The employee then told me that everyone here in the lobby was fasting comparing adults to a toddler and child. What a clueless and thoughtless comment to make.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had in awhile. 1-1/2 hr waiting listening to an unruly kid. I told Heather at the front desk I couldn’t stand it and I would be outside the door. (40 degrees). While I was standing there they called my name. Since I was not in the waiting room I got pushed to the back and they would not take me next. I finally lost it and asked why Heather didn’t warn me I could lose my place in line and she had nothing to say. Rude, especially Heather and very unprofessional. I heardHeather tell people dropping off samples to sign in and it would be 30-45 minutes. Wow! The “Razzie Award” goes to Heather for being untrained in customer service and just plain rude

Completely unhelpful front desk. Unwilling to do their job even though I was there when they opened and THE ONLY PERSON THERE! Sent me away to find paperwork I have no control over. My doctors office was appalled to hear this and called to reprimand them. Then they blamed it on me to my doctors office. At least my doctor doesn’t have their head in their $&&

The Phlebotomists were all friendly and attentive. Check-in was done via an iPad app which puts you in line with an approximate wait time (if you dont have an appointment). Dawn drew the blood from me. She did an excellent job; no extra pain, held the vials still between changes. The facility was clean. I recommend this location.

Came for my 1 hr glucose test on a weekday at 8:30am. Only waited 4 mins after checking in and was given my drink solution. I was warmly greeted when I walked in and the receptionist was very friendly.

Having an appointment means nothing. Waited 45 minutes after check in for a 10 am appointment. Walk ins went before me. This is not the first or second ..or third time this has happened. Why make an appointment?

Front desk lady is terrible. Me and husband came for blood test and even she didnt see the paperwork and ask us to sit down until she call. Guess what, she handed us the glucose liquid an hour after that and needs to wait extra an hour meanwhile there is a lady just came and she handed her over her glucose liquid. Call me 5 minutes after and sure I cant do it since I still have 55min waiting time for the glucose liquid. Why dont just see the paperwork first? Who cares only two of you who are working at the day. First of all, see paperwork. Terrible ... Next time I will ask my OBGYN to send me to other laboratory.
