If I could rate zero I would. Front office staff member was extremely non complacent and rude immediately upon arrival. Did not give me a chance to talk at all without being cut off and sat down. She needs to find a career that best fits her unhappy personality. This is a specialists office, and needs happier staff to greet and service pregnant woman who may be there for unfortunate circumstances. Hope she has a better day and can find peace.

Please don’t even waste your time going to this office, the front desk person (April) completely lacked any sympathy, was rude, unprofessional and was completely unethical for the type of job she has. When you try to request to speak with a supervisor there’s an even more aggressive attitude towards you. This clinic has ridicules costumer services and horrible front desk workers. I would never tell someone to come here !!

I would rate zero, the front desk lady April is so rude for no reason and her dumb attitude is not needed. Don’t waste your time coming here.

Very clean and they were so nice and made you feel so comfortable, I’m glad my OB sent me to this place! And glad to come back for my third trimester appointment!

Receptionist was so rude they had canceled my appointment never called me !!! And to top of she gave me attitude saying someone called me to cancel my appointment. They need better staff need to be more professional never coming here again don’t recommend it .

I waited 45 minutes after being early for my appointment to be seen. Dr. DeVores nurse (elderly black women with curls) was not professional or poilte to me. She never made eye contact with me thru my entire visit. She told me to get undressed and she will turn her back so she can put my info in the system. Then she tossed my ultrasound pics on a chair instead of handing it to me. No privacy and plain out the worst Dr. appointment I ever experienced in my life. Beware!!!
