I stop by here and brought two vehicles. The 1st vehicle (Ford) is experiencing transmission problem. They did a diagnostic and she said she couldnt find the problem. Before I left the car for diagnostic, my husband told her multiple times to run the car on the 14th freeway to get the car to go into Limp Mode but she decline, later that day we went to pick up the Ford, we drove it to the valley and the car goes into Limp mode. The 2nd vehicle (Hyundai) and she said it needs to be taken to auto body shop. All they did was look around the car, didnt even bother to take the car in the garage to look thoroughly. Her response was no, you have frame damage, you have broken axle, strut, control arm, etc. After taking the Hyundai to get 2nd opinion come to realize was just the strut & the control arm. In the end we feel fortunate that Hyundai doesnt have frame damage or problems with the axle. Im getting my repairs done AV Auto Care for a great price. I dont recommend this place.

This is going to be my go to auto place for all my needs. Athena and her father went above and beyond in customer service. I came to them by accident, as my car decided it didn’t want to speed up anymore than 10 mph. Thank God they were only 1 minute away from when I noticed the problem. I showed up close to closing time, and they were able to look at it. They said they would have the part the next day, so I would have to leave my car there. My house was an hour and a half away, and due to covid places were shutting down early. I was stranded. The only option I had was a 100$ Uber, which I would have ultimately paid for. Athena’s father wasn’t having that, he PERSONALLY loaned me... a total stranger.. one of his cars... if that isn’t customer service, I don’t know what is!! I prayed to God to get me through this mess, and he delivered me to these amazing people. This is seriously the best business, they never charge you anything extra, and are honest with you. I can not express this enough. Thank you so much.

Came to buy a car for a client. Came to an agreement & I would come back the next day to pay the car. Next day he said he sold it to someone else. If this is the way of doing business.. I wouldnt go near that place

Athena was very helpful and attentive to my needs. She explained everything thoroughly with great detail. Services were quick and done properly. Prices are affordable. They offer shuttle service. I love the fact theyre honest!! I will be patronizing this establishment for all my car maintenance needs!!

Very courteous and professional business. I was in a bind and they delivered top A1 results almost instantaneously. I couldnt be happier with the ending result. Wouldn’t mount my own STOCK sized 205/55r16 onto STOCK Elantra SE wheels. Like why? I was even gonna bring the wheels in off the vehicle.

Came the first time because my tire pressure light came on. Had them check the tire, they told me nothing was wrong with it and just put air. The light came back on a few days later. Came back to them for air and then they tell me there is a nail in the tire. I pay for them to patch it and on my way home, the light comes back on. I reset it thinking that’s what it needed. A day later, After not driving my car at all, I’m driving to work and my tire is almost flat. I drove it right to them. Then they say I had another nail that they apparently didn’t catch less than 48 hours ago. They supposably patch that up, then the same night the light is back on and here I am the next morning taking it to another tire place before the tire is completely flat. That’s 3 times in the same week for the same tire and the same problem. Their response was “watch where you park or park in a different area”. I park on a paved residential block and in a paved parking lot at work. Where I park is not the problem, it is the lack of thorough work being done on multiple occasions. They were too busy worried about giving quotes for additional work rather than fixing what I came to them for. I will never spend another penny with them .

After having to leave my Tahoe at another mechanic for 3 days, they were unable to locate the problem and I felt so helpless. Lancaster Auto Care found and fixed the problem within a few hours and even dropped me off at home and picked me back up so I didn’t have to wait. I’d definitely recommend them and will be back for any future problems.

Unfortunately, had to go from 5 stars to 1, mechanic broke my hood cable and blamed me. I called BBB/Bureau of Automotive Repair and they agreed I was NOT at fault, cable wasnt secured, as they were repairing radiator/etc.. so $200 was deducted from my outstanding balance of $250, sad things ended this way, but TRUTH prevailed, Spent A LOT of $ over the past year, prices were high, but he allowed me to make payments, so I continued to bring my repairs here until this unfortunate issue. :(

Im not gonna deceive people on my review for a quick $20 off my next service after proof of review like their business card states. But what I will say is this.... IS THIS PLACE REALLY A MECHANIC YOU CAN TRUST as stated on their window? I understand times are hard and everyones trying to come up. But maybe the fellows need to meditate deep and long about what their doing. The word TRUST gets thrown around alot just like LOVE and make it just another word without any meaning. I went in with a problem and left with another, making 2 issues to my car I gotta deal with. After that episode Im sorry but I will not be returning. But I do appreciate your help. Please do not respond. You did lose my trust. Looking like youre Doing good isnt just from the outer person but from within also. Reader, my advice, be careful. I went in trying my hardest not to be judgemental about the place or thinking theyd be like the rest of the un trust worthy shops. And left experiencing just that. And so thats what im basing my review off of. Im not sure one worker knows what the other worker is doing. And looking at the reviews it appears im not the only one who had extra problems on my vehicle leaving there.

I was at this shop yesterday afternoon with my husband, My son in law recommend me. Lynelle, their marketing gal greeted me at the door. We came from another shop, who we were a bit frustrated with. First question out of Lynelles mouth after she asked my husbands and Is name was… whats your cars name?! hahahaha we thought that was so funny, and we instantly hit it off, ( our car does have a name by the way) they were even $25.00 cheaper than where we went before, but I would have paid even more, of the ease of comfort this shop offered. The service was fast, they had coffee, and TV in the waiting room. everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend this shop!

The existence of Lancaster Tire and auto care makes me question my atheism.??!I am overjoyed to have found out that I no longer have to drive all the way to a Shop on Wilshire to get my car fixed. I have a trustworthy, great customer service facility right here in the Antelope valley.**Toyota Jump***Thats right AV goers, High quality auto service without the trip over the hill.They fix, and repair everything. I had a serious transmission issue, that id been putting off for sometime, but people were coming in left and right getting smog checks, new tires, and brake jobs. Since theyre family owned prices were competitive, and service was that of a high end car dealership.Its almost enough to make me wonder if Jesus was a real dude.

I went here in Feb to get aa tune up which they told me are no longer called that its an oil change spark plug so here i am in Oct already having spark plug & ignition coil issues. so I take me car back to the same place after speaking with another mechanic who told me wat my car issues were & im just like I jst payed for this service earlier this yearwhen I get there explaining what I was told to the owner he tells me he want look at my car till I pay $93 & im explaining that I cant afford to pay that for a problem that I already payed not to have. so he sent me out then walked up to my car & threw papers of my repairs at me.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Im all about small business, and not giving into the big corporate Giants. Jeff, and his Family run this repair facility.I have a 2001 Jetta, that has been a pain in my neck for sometime. My Boyfriend recommend I go in and see them. I admit I was a little anxious, since I dont know too much about cars. It was very refreshing to see a woman running the front desk. The front office, was clean, and had all the mechanics certifications on the walls. I had my 4 year old with me, She put on a cartoon, and had a handful of toys for my son to play with, which was very thoughtful and sweet.Although I opted to stay and wait while my car was being looked at, they offered me free shuttle service. Which I will definitely take advantage of in the future. While I waited, they offered me a bottle of water, and a small snack for my little one and I.Lets just say my poor Jetta was in shambles. I didnt have a big budget to work with. I let Jeff know that right away, he itemized everything for me, from your okay, you still have some time to... if you leave this shop, youre never making it home.I signed up for their mailing list and received a $ off coupon right away. My Jetta would make it to see another day.A few months later my car would not start, Im guessing the time up on my starter came sooner than I though. I speed dialed the shop, they sent a tow truck, dropped my son at daycare, and me at work. completes the repair, picked me up from work, and I was on my way.Phenomenal service, I really do believe this is the best auto repair facility in town. I feel better that my $ are going to a small business as well.They really do handle the brunt of people, and broken cars with grace. I saw a few insane customers walk through the door while I was waiting, I was so impressed!Thank you Lancaster Tire!! You saved my job!!! LITERALLY!
