This place is amazing. They tell you exactly what is going on with your car and let you know how long before other repairs need to be done. They really care about your safety and they produce quality work. They are patient in explaining things in simple terms. Be prepared to give them the time they need with your car but also expect that it is going to get done right the first time around.

Took my truck to the dealer twice to program cluster they charged me almost 300$ and couldnt get it working i took it here as a last ditch effort and got a call a couple hours later and it was done ✔ u guys are life savers THANX!!!

BEWARE!!!!The original owner was the best honest and gets results and tell you exactly what need to be done and with reasonable prices. I dealt with the old man over the years and always been satisfied with his services and reasonable prices. BUT... every since and ever time his son takes over or he is there in the office instead of the old man, BEWARE! he is worse than going to the Dealer. I dealt with the son 3 times last few years and always come away disappointed. He will milk you for all your worth and do not do anything but charges you $47 and pretend to have diagnosed your car. I left my car for 4 hours then when I came back to see if he was done still made me wait for almost 2 hours, he claimed he will write an estimate worth over a $1,000 to charge my AC with freon. He wanted to replace the compressor (nothing wrong with it) and controls. I was so disappointed. The old man build and very reputable business and honesty and reasonable prices and his son is ruining it! Ill Never go to that place ever again unless the old man takes over again and fire his son.

I took my pickup to this location on a Wednesday afternoon for a gauge that wasnt working. The following morning I received a call with an estimate. The next morning I got a call indicating it was done.Less than 48 hours from drop-off to pick-up.Great communication, fast work, and very reasonable prices!

Called asking to speak to someone regarding electrical issues with my van, was completely brushed off with you need to bring it in even though it needs to be towed and I know the exact issue, just needed to know if they could do it. Going somewhere else and paying $1300 for a complete rewire. Their impatience just cost them a job.

I fixed my own car for 350. They were gonna charge me 800 after they charged 120 to look at it

Charlie and Johnny are the best. I spent over $3000.00 at Lancaster Honda on my 2008 Pilot!!! Long story short my car still did not run properly until I brought it over to Lancaster Auto Electric. If you have a problem with your car don’t go to the dealerships because when they can’t figure it out they send your car to Lancaster Auto Electric anyhow and pad the price!!! Bypass the dealer and save yourself some money and heartache!!!

Took my car for 2 problems last year 2018 around June. One of the parts they replaced (new) its now failing.When I called I was told that they would diagnose the car and I would have to pay $105 because the warranty was over since it was a 6 months or 5000 miles.Seriously?On something they did.They already charged me a fortune and want more.Screw them. Its places like this that ruin it for the honest shopsI didnt get a good customer experience either.This place deserves a minus🌟 .If anybody knows of an honest auto electric shop, please share and lets help put bad ones like this out of business.

Already had diagnosed at Toyota was giving paperwork on what need to be repaired had obd codes for the repair and was told my left abs sensor needed to be replaced, was told by this establishment that i need to do a full abs diagnosis to find out whats really causing the issue $95 for inspections den they can go from there, this is why i just repair my car myself repair shops always tryna squeeze more money out of you instead of just being honest

Worse place to take your car to. Unprofessional Youtube Certified as they call it. They have no clue what they are doing and that is why they tell everyone to leave your car for few days. Charged me fees and could not even realize that you would just need to check the battery.

We went in for an estimate on upgrading our manual door locks to power which turned out to be financially out of our reach. But the staff at LAE were fantastic! Especially Johnny. Even though we couldnt afford this project I will return with any other automotive needs. BTY, they do more than just electrical.

They dont help over the phone when you know exactly what you need. They ask for you to come in so they can charge more. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

This place is horrible, if you have an older car theyre aggressive with it and will break things and blame you. Just dont even come here its ghetto and there customer service is serverly lacking ,the employees like to walk around with there mouths open catching flies and ignoring you rather then helping you.
