I had a Mens Hair Cut today with Michael and was absolutely thrilled with the results! It had been a while since I have been to Visage a Visage, and needed to find a new stylist, asking for a referral when booking the appointment. Michael started with a consultation, and after describing my previous stylists methods and outcome, and with his guidance, we began. We had pleasant conversation and he explained his vision and reasoning as he went along. I knew I would not be disappointed with my experience at Visage a Visage, but theres always a touch of nervousness when someone cuts your hair for the first time. No worries here-- if I had know it was this easy, I would have been back sooner! Bravo and thank you to Michael, and Visage, for exceeding the customer service and satisfaction you are known for!!

My wife and I went here for a couples massage and it was amazing. Super kind staff and a very nice decor enhance the experience, although the spa where we were massaged was in the basement. Overall Id reccomend this place although as an important note they have parking in the rear of the building.

I went to see Camille this week for a European facial for 50 minutes and I was blown away by her service. My skin is glowing and so incredibly soft now. Camille has a very calming presence. She let me unwind and relax during my facial. Her touch is angelic and beyond relaxing. I literally almost fell asleep, I was so relaxed. She used amazing high quality products on my sensitive skin and I noticed a substantial difference in the appearance of redness on my face. She is amazing! Ladies, if you want a serious facial that will make you look a million bucks go to Camille!

My daughter and I scheduled our girls day at Visage Visage to celebrate Spring Break. My teenage daughter had never been to a spa. I am not sure what she expected, but was amazed at the services and pampering.We treated ourselves to facials, massages, pedicures and makeup. The professional service was wonderful, especially considering the COVID restrictions and safety measures.Hopefully our next visit can include lunch and some time to just sit and relax between treatments.We will definitely be visiting again!

I love everything about Visage a Visage. The receptionists are so wonderful, polite and patient. The atmosphere is clean and professional. Its perfect.My stylist is Camille and she is an absolute delight. The first appointment that I had with her, I knew that I would continue going back to her. Her knowledge of everything beauty is evident, and besides that, she is kind and listened to what I wanted. Everytime that I see her, she has a vibrant and wonderful disposition. She is considerate and professional.Recently, I got my first ever balayage done by Camille and it turned out stunning. She knew exactly what she was doing, and had me walking out of the salon feeling like a queen.I cant imagine anybody having a bad experience with Camille, or at Visage a Visage in general. Hands down the best in Lancaster!

STAY AWAY! My mom paid for me to get my hair done for my birthday gift. (My previous stylist moved away so Im looking for a new one) We chose this salon because of the high reviews. We also assumed you get what you pay for, and she was willing for me to have a master stylist do my hair. I came prepared with pictures to show what I want and what I didnt want. I was trying to get blonde hair and ended up with uneven color, thick and thin patches of dark lowlights throughout my head, and about 3 different tones of blonde. Do not get me started on the cut either. An A-line lob looks like I did it myself. In fact, I could have paid less than half and gotten a better outcome. When my mom called and spoke with the manager, she got nothing but snarky remarks and an attitude. He literally told her to tell me to wash my hair with dawn Dish soap. This is supposed to be a high end salon. We are now waiting on the manager to speak with the owner, as we were not aloud to speak with them ourselves. Stylist: Heather Shreiner. Manager: Michael. Photo on the left is what I wanted. The right is what was paid top dollar for. And yes, Ive been blonde multiple times for many years and never had something as horrible as this.

Camille has been making me beautiful for about 6 years now, last year when she moved to Lancaster from Philly I naturally followed her to Visage a Visage. Ive never had such a professional stylist before until I met Camille. From a simple trim to a full installation of extensions, makeup, facials, brows, she does it all. My color is always perfection and she always accommodates whatever whim I may have without damage to the integrity of my hair. Visage a Visage is such a beautiful and well run Spa and Salon, the staff are always very friendly and welcoming, I couldnt be happier with my stylists new home.

I booked my mom a massage for her birthday and I chose Visage Visage after checking out a bunch of places via Google, as we’re not local to Lancaster, PA. What stood out to me were the number of amazing reviews they had, and when I called, the person I spoke with was incredibly kind and helpful with booking the reservation, reviewing pricing, etc. Upon arrival, my mom and I were delighted, not only by the exterior of the salon and spa, but the interior is just so cool! It’s an old (HUGE!)Victorian converted into a salon and spa and decorated for the holiday season. The waiting area has a working fireplace and TV, so it feels warm, cozy and inviting. Check-in/check-out was a breeze and the 2 young ladies who assisted us were super kind and helpful. As for the massage, my mom could not say enough! She said it was absolutely incredible and that her therapist was so kind and attentive. And, of course, our main concern right now is always COVID; masks are required and the massage therapist even had a different mask for my mom to wear for comfort and ease, as my mom arrived wearing a KN95. Hand sanitizer was readily available at check-in and social distancing is required. After my mom’s massage was finished, another woman showed us around the salon and spa, knowing it was our first time, and in every room, people were masked and partitions were separating people as services were occurring. Price wise, and for what they offer, the salon and spa is beyond reasonable, as well. Thank you for making my mom’s birthday weekend, Visage Visage, and for all your kindness and professionalism throughout this challenging time!

My husband and I came for a massage while visiting the area and it was amazing. So much better than our usual place. I believe my masseuses name was Kat (sorry if I’m wrong lol) and she was PHENOMENAL. Very communicative and diligent. Would come back to see her often if we lived closer.

I saw Camille for a balayage. When she blow dried my hair afterwards, I asked if its too light. She sounded annoyed with me, and kept saying, Well its exactly like the photos you showed me, so I dont know what you want. She kept telling me its perfect, and I loved the past hair shes given me, so I trusted her and chalked up the lightness to the salon lighting. I also thought there was some orange, but she kept saying, Look no orange, none at all.When my stylist asked at the end of it was ok, I felt like I couldnt say anything because she had seemed annoyed when I questioned it, and since I liked the cut and placement, I told her it was great. But the color only got lighter when I left. She gave me blonde highlights on my naturally black hair, after I had explicitly said I dont want blonde in my hair. Outdoors, my hair was not just warm, but totally orange. It looked as if I had tried to dye my hair myself instead paying for a professional.I called the salon the next day it was open to say I needed the color fixed. The receptionist was nice, said a manager would call me. The manager immediately spoke to me as if Im a child. He kept saying, Your hair isnt bad, its just now what YOU wanted, in a voice that I can only describe as condescending. He said he would redo it, but if a hair stylist thinks those orange streaks arent bad, nobody should trust them with their hair.I said I am disappointed I paid about $250 for such a bad job. The manager cut me off, Actually you only paid $205 again with an attitude. After I said I tipped $50, he interrupted again and said, Well youre not getting it back, as if I had asked for the tip back. He then lectured me on how I shouldnt tip if I didnt like a service. However, not tipping at least 20% is classless and disrespectful no matter what. I never wanted the tip back, thats ridiculous, but then I did ask for a discount or refund on the initial $205 for the inconvenience and for the awful hair. He asked what inconvenience, and when I said I have to uber to the salon and going back takes time, he had the audacity to tell me to WALK. (It’s a 30 minute walk, and it’s cold out.)I was then disgusted, so when he gave me the option of a refund or redoing my hair, I took the refund. I would have been content with a new toner from my stylist, not the rude manager, and a 10-20% discount on the $205. I understand mistakes happen with hair, and in the past when another stylist made it too light, she just fixed it for me, and I never had to speak to a manager and didn’t request a discount. This time my hair was really bad though, and while I liked Camille’s work in the past, the manager was too disrespectful and argumentative for me to go back.

Got a massage as a gift from a friend due to sciatic nerve pain! Kat helped my back soooo much! I felt so relaxed and my pain was eased. Definitely recommend coming here.

I do not appreciate my review being erased from the page nor do I appreciate How my roommate has to walk around every day trying her best to cover up the damage you and your Business caused her by messing up her once beautiful eyebrows there is no explanation for the way they turned out. If you can’t do eyebrows leave it to somebody who can she wouldn’t of Mind waiting for a more professional person to do them this isn’t her first second or third time coming to you she recommends your Business to a lot of people but this time Miss Sarah really ruined her eyebrows sadly my eight-year-old daughter could’ve done a way more professional job. Unfortunately my friend has to walk around embarrassed and ashamed Due to the way her eyebrows look. Half of her eyebrow is missing and coloring them in isn’t doing any justice what is your business willing to do to fix this horrible mistake Miss Sarah has made? I used to go here for hair and brows. after seeing the way Sarah left my best friends brows I will NEVER trust this salon again. she dropped wax in her hair and left my friend with oil covered hair from trying to get it out. then she must have dropped wax on the actual brow because there’s a line missing from the brow. those brows were so thick it would have required so little work but she must have dropped wax again or just plain messed up because this is inexcusable. there’s been no apology, no contact saying how they’re going to make this right, if they are they retraining sarah? we’ve essentially been ghosted which is why her friends have now resorted to trying to get a response.

I had my Haircut by Brenda and her expertise was very noticeable.I would recommend her to anyone.

Beautiful spa! The old mansion has been re-done beautifully. The staff is kind and attentive. Parking was easy as they have their own lot on property. Massage was professional and great. I highly recommend this place and hope to go back!

This place ruined my roommates eyebrows they look like my daughter did them. I feel so bad for her. She came home bawling her eyes out. This is not Acceptable and something needs to be done about this. She works in a professional setting and can not work looking like a 8 year old did her eyebrows! coloring them in isn’t even doing justice. I will never recommend this place to anyone else!

Hannah does my eyebrows and one word: amazing.Edit: went and got my eyebrows done today by Sarah and they are literally RUINED. She literally ruined them. I am not being dramatic, they are horrific. One has a huge slit going through it. The other one she took off the end of. I am truly devastated. My eyebrows are my favorite feature 😭😭😭

They really take their time to help you get those sore spots.4 - The building is very beautiful and is well taken care of.5 - all employees were extremely polite and helpful.We will be coming back again and highly recommend trying this place out.

Yllka is a truly AMAZING hair stylist!! I highly recommend you ask for Yllka when making your appointment! I would give her 10 stars if I could! With that being said when I arrived the staff was so friendly and welcoming, adhering to strict Covid safety practices. Then I went into the waiting room where there was a big screen TV showing FOX NEWS. Being an advocate for truth and facts in reporting the news, I detest Fox News and the lies they report. If it weren’t for my amazing stylist Yllka, Fox News in the waiting room would be a deal breaker for me. I’ve stopped giving my business to other businesses for broadcasting Fox News. The owner of Visage who insists Fox News being shown in the Visage waiting room should reconsider this decision. Maybe HGTV? A much less divisive choice.

Ill never get my hair cut by anyone other than Yllka. The ladies are all talented and friendly and Ive never had a bad cut there. Ive also used their massage services which were BOMB.

Ive been going to this spa for almost a year and I recommend it to everyone. Its a beautiful historic mansion that offers wonderful spa services for reasonable prices. The staff is friendly and helpful. Refreshments are offered while you wait. Great place to treat yourself to some TLC.

Had a massage here just recently and I was very please with everything. The staff was very friendly, love the little cafe they have in the back with complementary drinks and snacks and absolutely loved my massage, the music was very relaxing and the warm table as well. I will definitely be returning.The location is great, it was very easy to find and there were plenty of on street parking spots right outside Visage a Visage.

This is the seventh year I have given a spa day to my employees here. As always, the staff is fabulous. They coordinate 7 massages, facials, lunch, manicures and pedicures so we have a fabulous day together.

Blonde is very challenging to do well. Erica nailed the look I was going for and was very patient as going platinum can be VERY time consuming and take more than one or two sessions. She was completely professional and committed to getting it just right for me. I am over the moon happy with my color and cut. THANK YOU, Erica!!

My experience at Visage Visage was just okay. The building is very pretty, and the people seem very nice. However in the 3x I have been there the last 2 massages were cut short by 10 minutes. Both times I looked at my phone when I got undressed and settled onto the massage table, and then I waited about 5 more minutes until the masseuse came back in. From the time I looked at my phone- to the time she finished and I was fully dressed was 50 minutes. Very disappointing and I dont think I would go back since this seems to be a pattern.

I adore this place! After driving through Lancaster city and seeing the absolutely gorgeous mansion I knew I needed to visit! Ive had one of their masters, Marcus von Keller cut me and my bfs hair on two occasions. By far, the best haircuts we have both had, and honestly, the price wasnt bad at all!! Around 20 for him, and 50 for me, not including tip. We are definitely going to be continuing to go here!

My daughter scheduled bridal party Mani/Pedi over 6 months ago. Two days before my daughters wedding she received a call to confirming the bridal party Mani/Pedi ppointment for Saturday. She said no the appointment is Friday, why would I make it Saturday which is my wedding day. She asked if they could accommodate for Friday and they said no, they never even tried to make it right. I would never recommend them for a large party. The only reason they get one star is because it is required to submit a review.

I was so disappointed with my massage. I do not even know the name of my masseuse, because she never introduced heself. The treatment room was in a musty basement. She started with a hot cloth that made me jump and scream because it was so hot. She apparently was inexperienced and I walked out stressed. Not good. I was with two friends so I did not want to make a big deal. I was hoping the front desk would ask how I enjoyed my service , but they didnt. Next time I try a place I am not familiar with, I will have them massage my feet and see if they can handle one body part.

I recently went for a manicure there and got gel because it stays on much longer than regular polish. Not only did the lady complain about the spa the entire time but she also did a terrible job on my nails. She didnt get the tips at all and after less than a week they were peeling. It was the worst manicure I have ever gotten.

I love Visage and Jess, I would like to make it my second home, very clean and nice people who are very knowledgeable.

Awesome n refreshing experience

I am a bride who had my bridal party get their hair and makeup done at Visage on the day of my wedding. I had many issues with this salon. They could not get my contract correct and kept changing prices on me, which was very frustrating. The manager of the salon sent me a very rude and unprofessional email demanding me to pay for the services- which they still did not have correct. I almost completely cancelled due to the way they were treating me and my bridesmaids, but their was not enough time to make the switch. I was hoping that the day of would go smoothly, but instead they lied to me, gave away the room I had reserved for my bridal party and made us run over 45mins late, which meant that we did not get to eat any lunch. If you want to work with professional and caring people DO NOT go here.
