I had my first appointment with Minnie yesterday, and I am so happy with my nails! My previous nail salon always rushed my nails and finished in about 20 mins, leaving my nails imperfect and my experience subpar. Minnie truly took her time on my nails and I’ve never had a more perfect manicure. The shape is exactly what I wanted, the edges around my cuticle are absolutely perfect and smooth, and I love the color. The salon was clean, and the staff incredibly friendly. Such a wonderful experience!

Minnie and Jessie were so kind and accommodating for last-minute bookings! Wish we weren’t just here for vacay because we found a GREAT nail place. Fantastic work!!

I got my hair colored and cut and it was an amazing experience. Anne made sure to let me know what she was doing and what the color would look like. She also told me the price up front. I had such a great time I scheduled a pedicure for my wife and myself.The pedicure was unlike any I have experienced. It lasted almost an hour and I got a great foot massage along with a foot mask, cuticle trim and polish.I’m excited for my hair to grow out and my nail polish to wear off so I can go back!

I (((heart))) any business that takes customers reviews and experiences seriously and are open to improvement. This salon is one such establishment. After my ho-hum Yelp review I was contacted by phone by one of the owners as well as sent a lovely card in the mail. She welcomed me to come back and give them another shot and Im glad I did.I had the pleasure of meeting and having services rendered by the other owner. Both are very warm and welcoming. Unlike other nail salons they are by appointment only which is an asset to the overall experience as you never feel like theyre rushing. I never had a problem with their level of service (other than the burn from the sander) and this time had a much better experience with this machine. The addition of hand filing produced positive results.While I dont know if they changed the negatives as as mentioned in my last review (add robes, honor coupons, etc) the experience was nevertheless a positive one. Their genuine concerns about their clients combined with the level of service they provide is top notch and won me over.Worth mentioning: I liked the throwback music that played in the background - havent heard some of those songs in ages. Also liked that they supported a local photographer displaying and selling some of her images of Lancaster County.

Had to make a same day appointment for my 4 year old daughter and the lady was nice enough to squeeze us in on her booked schedule. She had to fix my daughters hair we initially tried to fix and it turned out really good for how bad we messed it up! I was super pleased and glad she came through for that emergency!!

I was looking for a new place to get my nails done and my friend referred me here. I like that you need to make an appointment. I was impressed with my experience here. Sarah did a great job with my pedicure. My feet feel better than ever. They really take their time and dont rush you!! Jessy did one heck of a job on my nails. She made sure there wasnt any lifting of my acrylics before they were filled. I think I found my new nail salon! I will definitely refer people here!

Great experience all around. Made appointment for manis and pedis with my mom and got in right away, even when we showed up 15 mins early. Our Spa pedicures were amazing. My nails were destroyed from the salon I had been going to previous and they really spent extra time and care getting them back in shape.

La Vie was advertising coupons that turned out to be expired. We spent much more on our services than we could afford because of this. I am a hairstylist as well, and at my salon and every other salon Ive worked in, if I am advertising a coupon, I either pull it down when it expires or if I fail to take that coupon off my website, I honor that expired coupon when someone brings it in. I was getting my nails done two days before my wedding and when I woke up the next morning, two of the nails on my left hand were lifting. By the time my wedding day rolled around, half my nails were falling off. I removed my nails and found my nail beds to be tissue thin and very painful. The staff were very kind and personable and Iiked them a lot, but Im very unhappy with how my nails for my wedding turned out, how the condition of my nails is compromised, and how they were advertising a coupon that they did not take when we presented it at the checkout.

Anh went above and beyond this morning. I had a mani/pedi appointment. I didn’t know she did hair too. In the middle of my mani, I asked her if she could fit me in to clean up a pretty bad prior haircut since I am in a wedding on Saturday. First she said to come back later in the day but quickly changed her mind and fit me in right then. She worked miracles with my bad haircut. It looks great now for the wedding. I couldn’t be happier. Anh treated me as though I was her only customer. What a pleasure to receive such outstanding service. I’ll be a regular. Thanks again Anh.
