Im a fairly new patient of his. I have been seen by Dr. Torres twice and find him very thorough and personable. I felt like he really cares and doesnt just rush through the visit. He was very encouraging concerning some of my health issues, which made me feel more positive about my journey to better health. His P.A., who I have seen once, is good and his staff seems caring also.

Ive been going to Dr. Torres for 10 years, son as well. The office staff is awesome. They are all like family. I always recommend Dr. Torres to people looking for a doctor or having issues with their own. Hes compassionate, spends his time with you and listens. My son loves going to his doctor appointments. He even asks me to make them so they can just talk. He is twelve.

Today was my first appt. seeing Dr. Torres. I loathe finding new doctors. He made it easy to discuss medical issues and talk to. Very thorough and very polite and professional. I see too many doctors due to a lifetime of medical issues, and so the need for a compassionate doctor and a good staff are very important to me. From the check in process, nurses, doctor and then labs, everyone was very nice, patient and I walked away knowing this was a good fit for me.Highly recommend him and I look forward to establishing care for my family with Dr. Torres and staff!! Dr. Torres genuinely cares about the health of his patients. He listens with compassion and spends a lot of time in the room with you. You feel like youre his only patient and not just a number. The office staff are so nice and professional. They try to help squeeze you in same day, if they can. This is why I drive over an hour to be seen by Dr. Torres!!

Everyone at the office us very friendly and helpful. The front office staff greeted me and made me feel at ease. The nurse was great and Dr. Torres took time to really see what was going on in my life. He cares about making sure Im healthy in all areas. He is a great person and doctor!

Dr. Torres is the best. He always listens to what you are saying and will take extra time , if necessary, to resolve the problem. He is so friendly and caring. My husband and I would never think of changing doctors. He is exceptional.I lost my sister right at the holiday season and Dr. Torres called me on Christmas night to be certain I was alright. My first experience regarding Dr. Torres was a friends sincere recommendation. My first visit I was greeted by a friendly staff, courteous and extremely detailed in regard to my history and present health, and not a stone un-turned. Dr. Torres and Robin, PA, received me as though I were the only patient of the day and the only patient on record. I believe I am extremely fortunate to be under the care of Dr. Torres and his team.

I had the most amazing first time visit with Dr. Torres. He mademe feel special, very encouraging and positive. He listened to me didnt make me feel I was in a rush and I feel I can discuss anything with him and he will take care of me.

He is an awesome doctor and person. He listens to me and responds to any concern I have about my health.

Dr. Torres office was able to fit me in very quickly. My wait time in the office was minimal. All personnel were friendly, supportive, and helpful. I always feel well-cared for when I need to visit his office.

I have asthma and was severely ill. Silly me should have gone to the emergency room but Dr. Torres and his team gave me extra special care and I am on the road to recovery. He even personally called me at my home to follow up. Thank you for your great service.

I began seeing Dr. Torres several years ago on the recommendation of a friend after I mentioned I could not find a doctor who seemed interested in anything more than rushing me through and taking my money. Dr. Torres is very caring and listens to your health concerns. Explains everything in layman terms. Love him!

Dr. Torres is very caring & compassionate. He is concerned about his patients and doesnt try to rush you through the appointment. His staff is also very nice and courteous. Any time I have called or been into the office, they have been most professional.

My husband and I just moved to the area from Texas. Our credit union gave us Dr Torres’ name and we are very glad we followed her advice. He took time with us both, and most doctors do not do this. We like that he tries not to refer patients out any more than necessary. Being healthy, I don’t require much care. I can also see him for gynecology needs. My husband has special issues including CPAP care. He will be referred to someone for that. Dr Torres has privileges at Winterhaven hospital. I highly recommend him. He also has a female nurse practitioner.

Greatest doctor ever! Truly cares about his patients and their families. I consider him family because of how well he treats me.

My right calf had been hurting for two weeks when suddenly the day before Thanksgiving the ankle and calf became swollen. As Dr. Torress office could not see me I went to Urgent Care. I was diagnosed there as having an infection from a cut on the leg and was given antibiotics. (The cut seemed quite small to have created such an infection but what did I know?)After Thanksgiving the leg was more swollen and hurt more. Monday when Bond opened I tried to see Dr. Torres and was told he was busy and couldnt see me for weeks. Yesterday, Nov. 27, really uncomfortable, I went and sat in Dr. Torres office for the morning and explained to the nurse that the scratch (wound) had healed but tthe leg was more swollen and still hurt so something else was going on. Possibly a blood clot.I left when the office closed for lunch. I had my half yearly appt. with my dermatologist Dr. Oliva that afternoon. I showed him my leg. He called Dr. Torres office and asked them to schedule an ultrasound because I might have a blood clot. The office REFUSED.Dr. Oliva ordered an ultrasound for me.The ultrasound showed Urgent Care had misdiagnosed me. I have a hematoma and a Bakers Cyst in that leg.I am appalled that Dr. Torres and his nurse could take such non-action. It is not as if I am a hypochondriac.Susan Butler

Ben to him 3 times, and all we get is the Nurse Practitioner, wife has vertigo, dry heaves, could not talk directly to Eduardo Torres. Went to Lakeland Medical Health, on our first visit we might with a Dr.

Dr Torres has been my physician for several years and wouldnt think of going anywhere else! The office is polite and efficient!
