I have never been to this clinic nor do I ever want to step foot and be greeted in person by the lady who i spoke with over the telephone. Her attitude is totally uncall for. If thats how I get greeted over the phone I sure as heck dont want to be greeted in person. I called to make an appointment for my husband and throughout our whole conversation the tone of her voice and the review of the whole appointment seemed as if she didnt want to deal with anybody. Im sorry, maybe shes had a bad day but that shouldnt be a reason to treat you patients that way. New patients especially. No wonder this place has a 3 star rating! If customer service isnt for you?? Dont do it! Now I dont want to mess this up for any future patients but Im a true believer of first impressions are what makes a person/place. Im sure the doctors are amazing, disappointed that I didnt get the chance to meet them. But your receptionist is the first person patients encounter so its up to them to impress us. They are the ones we have to see 90% of the time we are in that clinic!

Dr. Nelson is wonderful. Takes his time and really cares about his patients.
