We just found Dr Navarro a few months ago and couldn’t be happier!! If you want a doctor who listens and takes his time addressing all your concerns then this is the doc for you. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Dr Navarro involves you in your health care and gives you all the options to make a decision. I was also able to get a same day appointment which is a huge thing to me. I feel like he is extremely thorough with each visit. The front office staff and nurses are extremely friendly and helpful. Any labs and follow ups are immediately taken care of. The office is clean and comfortable. Feel very lucky to have found such a great provider here in Lake Wales.

It was important to our family to have a doctor in Lake Wales. We came to Dr. Navarros office after our previous doctor moved his practice to Winter Haven. The staff in the office is always friendly which is not the case in many offices. Dr. Navarro is also very caring and kind. He gets to know his patients. I never knew him before becoming a patient and he always makes me feel like a friend. I appreciate his attention to each patient and I have never felt rushed in and out. He spends time listening and understanding any concerns. I am very happy with the care we have received in this office.

I have been in the medical field for over 45 years. In all my experiences with doctors I can honestly say that Dr. Navarro is hands down the most professional physician I have ever dealt with. This past April of 2021 my husband had an emergency admission to the hospital. Since his attending physician did not have hospital privileges, Dr. Navarro was assigned to oversee his care. I could not believe the excellent care he received from Dr. Navarro. I honestly thought that the art of medicine was a thing of the past. Dr. Navarros care of my husband was exemplary. He visited him every day, introduced the consulting physicians to us, came with the consulting physician to the bedside to explain what was going on, exhibited a personal care and concern over my husbands condition and was professional in all of his care. He has a wonderful bedside manner and I felt confident that he would get to the bottom of any problem my husband encountered. I couldnt have asked for a better physician if I had picked him out myself!I had such a positive experience that I plan to change my primary care physician to Dr. Navarro. I will write another review of my actual office experience after I see Dr. Navarro. I have no doubt that it will be a continuation of the wonderful experience I had with my husband in the hospital. If you are looking for a doctor who is friendly, caring, professional, knowledgeable and will move heaven and earth to find an answer to your problems and prescribe the correct treatment, Dr. Navarro is your man! He is a one in a million!

I had my battle with Covid a couple of months back. Days after contracting it, my breathing took a turn for the worst, which is when I decided to see my doctor (Dr. Navarro). Fortunately, Dr. Navarro immediately understood the severity of my illness and took the necessary steps to help me fight through it. Throughout my treatment and recover, I had several nurses and doctors tell me Dr. Navarro was the best doctor for Covid treatment.I will always thank Dr. Navarro for providing me the best treatment and helping me as if I were family. I honestly believe Dr. Navarro saved my life. I obviously highly recommend Dr. Navarro to anyone looking for a primary physician.

Dr Navarro is friendly, caring, professional, and knowledgeable. He was my mom’s attending physician in the ER at Advent Health Lake Wales hospital and is now her primary care physician. He is informative and determined to treat the many health issues my mom has. Dr Navarro listens and answers all questions and concerns. His staff is incredibly friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr Navarro and trust him with my moms care.

Absolute unprofessional; very typical pompous, arrogant and gets angry very quickly. After trying to explain my concerns on his approach to diagnosing I was told by Dr. Navarro he would write a letter of discharge of service and give me a list of doctors I could go to. Who gives a diagnosis of cancer to a patient then tells them to find another doctor because they question his decision making? He had seen the patient twice and never touched the patient.......Poor critical thinking; very poor decision making........

Dr. Navarro was my husbands attending Dr. in the emergency room at Advent Health Hospital in Lake Wales and is now our primary care Dr. Dr. Navarro was able to diagnose the problem immediately and have it corrected. He was very informative and encouraging throughout the process. He is always available to answer questions and solve problems. The staff at his office are very helpful and positive. The office visits are great. Dr. Navarro listens and answers all questions. Dr. Navarro treats his patient and family members with the utmost respect and compassion.Navarro Medical is a wonderful team working together to give their patient the best medical care available. We are blessed to have Dr. Navarro and his team on our side!

I first saw Dr. Navarro at the beginning of 2001. I have battled high cholesterol for most of my life; Dr. Navarro actually gave me an answer as to why. Familial Hypercholesterolemia is a common disorder but not commonly diagnosed. My initial blood results were nothing short of a ticking time bomb waiting for heart attack or stroke. Only six months later, on the correct meds, my latest blood results are normal! I can honestly say under Dr. Navarro’s care I feel better now than I have in my entire adult life.Thank you Dr. Navarro!

I’m beyond thrilled with the care I’ve received from Dr. Navarro and his staff. Everyone I’ve met has been kind, caring, compassionate, and attentive. Dr. Navarro listens well, and is willing to answer questions and talk through options. I haven’t felt comfortable with a doctor for a long time, mostly because I’ve had trouble finding anyone willing to talk about natural options or alternative treatments. Dr. Navarro cares about root causes and educating his patients on how to care for themselves, and I’m so glad I found them!

Please think twice about seeing this dr. Rude, pompous and doesnt listen. In my 72 years I have never had anyone treat me this way. I could say more but filing a compliant with the insurance company will have to do. I am still shaken and cried all the way home.

It was my first appointment with Dr. Navarro. I was very impressed with the time they spent on My health issues, what I expected, and what they recommended. They also were polite and enjoyable to talk with ...and ...they actually smiled!! ( I was happy about that because Im tired of going into a cranky doctors office ) Dr. Navarro, Whitney (his Nurse Practitioner) and all the staff seem to really care about my well-being. ..I will update on my next visit. In the meantime it was one of the best experiences with a doctors office I have had in a long time... actually the best yet! 🍀

So far Dr. Navarro is the best doctor I have ever been to. Him and his staff are very warm and welcoming and make your concerns seem heard. He is very patient and listens to you and will answer any questions or go over any concerns you are having.. they also have pretty much most services you need under one roof, even massage therapy! They get a 10 out of 10 from me!

As a dr he makes calls to my wife and has his staff transfer calls from my wife directly to his cell phone. No matter what the issue is even for a simple scheduling of an appointment. Why would a dr that is married personally make calls for scheduling an appointment for my wife. Very unprofessional.

Only go to this dr if you dont have a mind of your own and are willing to blindly follow everything he wants to do. He doesnt listen and is pompous. Oh, doesnt look at your chart either of the allergies you have. Dont want meds and he pushes them at ya anyway.

WOW!!!!! What an amazing experience. For those who may not know me Im not a social media person. This is the first blog/review I have ever done. The customer service and professionalism from the receptionist, nurses and the Dr is something I have not experienced anywhere in sometime. The vision of Navarro Medical Center of one stop shopping being able to get blood test, xrays and many other procedures, and not having to running all over or out of town. Needless to say I have a new primary Care Dr.

Wow!!!! Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Office was clean and inviting. Wait time was none at all!!! (Yay!!) Dr. Navarro is friendly and warm. He takes great care to ensure he spends quality time with his patients. He wants to get to the root of the issue and not push more pills. A less is more approach. His office provides so many different medical services from massage therapy and adjustments to labs and x-rays. He really is great with his patients!! I would hands down recommend Dr. Navarro.

Dr. Navarro started treating me last year during the pandemic and the practice started as a very caring practice, now , it had a 360 degree turn. Appointments canceled at the last minute, orders not sent, not returning calls.

I appreciate the fact that Dr. Navarro takes the time to listen to you and your concerns. He does not force any treatments on you that you do not want. He provides the pros/cons of medications, treatments, etc and allows you to take an active role in your care. The staff is likewise pleasant and efficient.

I absolutely adore Dr. Navarro. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty for me. I have a rare form of anemia and he has taken the time to study up on it and also educate his staff as well, so they will all have the knowledge to be able to give me the best care possible.I would recommend Dr. Navarro to anyone. I have known Doctor Navarro personally for many years now, and have been to his office a handful of times for various ailments. The consummate professionalism he exudes, even with a close friend, amazes me. The front staff at the office is extremely nice and welcoming, the nurses are great and very informational, and then there is Dr. Navarro. He is everything you look for in a physician; he is a great listener who hears out what is ailing his patients, he takes the time to be thorough and isn’t trying to rush through the appointment. Dr. Navarro is also amazing at following up with his patients, to him, the appointment doesn’t end when the patient walks out the door. Dr. Navarro is everything you would want in your regular physician and then some. He definitely has a very bright future in front of him, and is going to do great things for the people of Lake Wales and the surrounding areas.

From the very first moment I made an appointment everyone in his office went out of their way to make me feel relaxed and like a member of their family. I have had some pretty horrendous experiences with physicians in the past and I was more than a little nervous about even trying another doctor, but Dr. Navarro is amazing! He listens, I mean really listens to you. That is such a rare quality to find in a doctor. It’s been years of dealing with experienced doctors to no avail. I have great insurance and came across Dr Navarro after being admitted in the hospital for the 17th time. Dr Navarro has been persistent, so helpful, and very strategic with my medical care that Im finally seeing results other doctors should’ve assisted me with years ago! Im a pharm tech. I watch Dr’s prescribe patients the same thing to everyone. And never care much for the patients once they left their office. Which I have experienced. Also treated like a number and rushed out and not listen to a thing I would say as if i were ignorant to what’s being told to me. But this is so common. But with Dr Navarro, is completely opposite. He gives you his undivided attention. I feel like I can be completely open and myself. The staff is amazing! They are on point. So helpful and understanding. Feels like an actually family Dr!!

In a day and age that is hard to find a doctor that will take their time and actually listen to what you the patient has to say, it was refreshing to find Dr. Navarro and his staff. What a great experience all the way around, if you are in search of a new doctor, look no further!!

Im so used to being treated like cattle from every doctor Ive had here in Polk County, Fl. Extremely impersonal, stand offish and even get irritated if I ask a question. Get me in and get me out as quickly as possible. One office in particular uses PAs and RARELY get to even SEE the doctor. Filling prescriptions has been so frustrating 😠 BUT! Dr. Navarro is DIFFERENT. Hes caring, will get intimate and he asks questions to me to get the information he needs to give the BEST CARE. He has a GIFT and USES IT. TRUTH: not picking him as your Doctor is a HEALTH RISK.

Staff is always friendly and inviting. Dr. Navarro takes consideration and care with patients. I look forward to my visits with them!
