Listens to me, easy to make appointments with, and tries to get me the help and referrals I need.

Dr. Sheperd has been so amazing at every visit I have with her. She have always been amazing with me. I like her so much that now I bring my two little one with her and my kids absolutely adore her. They called her the nice dr. Now my spouse will see her as well. Dr sheperd keep doing a great job.

I’ve been seeing this Dr for only a short period of time. The experience I had today could only be summed up as humiliating. I tried to explain my ongoing mental/ behavioral health issues I’ve been dealing with for some time. & for a DR to tell me after only one visit that she’s “done all she can do” is repulsing. She continued to say she’ll only handle so much disrespect and walked out of the room. Left me there for 10minutes before I went to find a nurse. I was genuinely just confused and shocked. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism with any DR. Never ONCE did she or her staff notify me about a referral for a better or more experienced DR that she claims she sent. To add insult to injury, before this I told her of a medication I’ve taken for years and desperately need, only to be told she won’t give it to me because SHE doesn’t believe in that medicine. Do yourself a favor and don’t deal with her. She doesn’t care about you or your health. She’s a joke.

DO NOT SEE. Unprofessional and doesn’t listen to your needs. She claimed I was disrespectful when I tried to explain my symptoms. She than said in a condescending voice that she won’t deal with people “like me”? I wasn’t even upset in the appointment I was just shocked she didn’t care at all. She than walked out and left me in the room for 30minutes until I walked out and demanded to see someone so I could leave. I then made another appointment in another office to not see her to get a call saying she won’t allow me to go see the better doctor.. she’s the worst doctor I’ve ever seen!!
