I can not say enough good things about Gianna! She is great at what she does and is so kind and patience when working on your brows. She let me know how to continue caring for them and showed me different products to help me keep up on my brows. Without a doubt she is my go-to for when my brows need a clean up and some extra attention.

I get my eyebrows done by Gianna whenever I notice they start to look like they need some TLC and she always does a fantastic job. My skin is on the more sensitive side and I had a past reaction to the wax she used, but I still loved the shape she did for my brows that I still went back! Since then, she remembers my skin sensitivity and caters to it; asking if I just want a tweeze instead, wax a certain area to see if I react, etc. She’s very thorough and kind which is why I keep going back. I also have no ill will towards that one bad session— ultimately skin heals but finding a brow tech that understands what u want and being able to execute it is rare!

Gianna was meticulous, gentle, explained everything well. Very personable and professional. Eyebrows look great. I rebooked for next time 🙂
