I have been going to this place for a long time. Ive never had a problem. I made an appointment at 9am, only to arrive and be asked to wait while the young lady (and only employee in the place) seated a walk-in with NO appointment instead. Thanks but no thanks, and glad I was able to leave this review. They are ok otherwise, but dont think an agreed upon appointment will be necessarily be honored there. At first I left a one star review, but upon reflection about the rest of my other times time there, I felt three to be more fair.

Brenda and Fatima are my favorite stylists. Not sure what happened to Fatima but the new stylists are vague when I asked to book an appointment with Brenda. They are also rude. I need my hair cut badly but I will wait for Brenda when and if she returns.

Brenda gave an great cut. First cut in 3 years. And iloved what she did. Thanks Brenda. Your the best.

Its too expensive. They are not very professional though they may do what is efficient so they should charge at least the economical.

Basic inexpensive haircuts. I just have mine cut evenly. They offer other services such as wash, blow dry and color.

My 10 year old son is very particular about his hair, and thats fine with me. Alissa is the best, and we are sticking with her! We have been to about five different stylist over this past year, paying anywhere from $20 to $60. Alissa executed an edgy style that a 10 year old can manage but a guy in his 20s would dig. Way to go, girl!

As soon as I made it to this SuperCuts, I saw this gorgeous lady greet me with a warm smile wondering if I had made an appointment. I mentioned how I had a short while and have been wanting to receive a haircut. After asking me the service I was there about, she immediately guided me to the seat where she gave me a fabulous new cut but not only is she an amazing barber but also, she kept me engaged throughout with her charming attitude and conversation. I definitely recomment Fatima and because of her, the next time I want to have a cut, SuperCuts will be the first option on my mind.

They will lie to you on the phone about the wait time to get you in the door. I dont know about the haircuts because when I discovered their dishonesty, I left. Be careful.

Cut my hair completely wrong, I even pointed where I wanted my fade to start and the zero to end. Now my fade starts almost an inch above my ears. At least they faded it in, but at the cost of the length of my hair. Now my head is gonna start breaking out from irritation.

I waited for about 1 hour, I was there before 4 other gentlemen, 2 of them which I know had appointments but the other 2 wrote down there name just like I did, they ALL went before me, unless you are white and old you will always be last and treated this way

The lady didnt know what she was doing, was free cutting my daughters hair as she kept cutting and it was always lopsided and needed to ask for help. Never again!

Terrible place to get a haircut. Poor service, and a stylist who actually argues with you about how you want your hair to be cut. After 25 years of having my hair cut short in the same way each time, I’m not eager to argue with someone about how I want it cut.I WALKED OUT.
