They did an excellent job with my hair cut. Fast, no line and no fuss. Price is fair. Try them out

It felt so good to be back! The shop is clean, chairs spaced far apart, and there is a table outside of the door with a sign to wait to be allowed inside. They are being mindful of continuing Covid safety measures, but that did not get in the way of quick and friendly service 😊

I was there to donate my hair. They seemed to have no idea which organization they donate which is so contradicting against the websites claim. The hair stylist was in a hurry and seemed to not know good hair cut techniques. I let he rcut 12 inches for donation and then asked to make the rest of t hair better and she made it worse and i have a business lunch coming soon. My hair is bob and short that i cant make any amends now. Will not go to this great clips location anymore.The worst part was at the end she said we cant do much when i expressed displeasure.

I just had a haircut here. For men, it’s $18 plus tip. It’s good and quick service.

I asked for around shoulder length and got it to my neck. i look like lord farquad if he was a teacher.

For $22 for a mens haircut plus tip, go elsewhere and get a decent cut. They cut hair dry which I thought was odd plus a very impersonal environment. We will not be back.

Really bad cut, barber asks 3 fingers or 2 and I say 3 and she continues to do 2 and when I ask why she says 3 is long. Which is what I wanted. Not going here again

First time and will be last time! I used to go the one on Oso and Antonio but Just found out that closed permanently so I took my boys to this location.. They are nice but the haircut is not good and expensive than other locations.. With that price I can go to the more professional barber shops next to my house this way I could save more time, gas money and will get a nicer haircut..I won’t be back to this location again..

I have been going to this Great Clips off and on for 5+ years. I love the friendly, helpful people and most especially Quin. She is always so friendly and professional. There are other hair cutting places closer to my home but Im willing to drive the extra mile to be greeted with a smile and a great hair cut. Quen does an amazing job, never disappoints. She has been cutting my hair for about 8 yrs now. I even got my boyfriend to go to her. That says a lot since he is a manly man that prefers a barber shop. Im sure everyone there does a great job. But I always wait for Quen.

I hate to say this but that place is literally the worse place I have ever been to. I went there to do a very simple beard trim. Someone named Kim was working on me and she did a terrible job, she messed up my beard really really bad and the event I was going to was ruined. I could have done way better job at home or even had my 7 year old son do better than her. She seemed like it was her first day and she was very confused and didn’t know what she was doing.. I kept asking her to do certain things step by step which is very absurd. Very disappointing!!!!

Customer Service was less that desirable. We enter this location and where immediately greeted (but not really - just a forced gesture) - Then immediately asked multiple times before I could answer did you check-in! Then she went through a line of questioning to track us even though we had checked-in, she then proceeded asking my son if he was Dickey as if it was my son first name?? My son received a haircut within 10 minutes (which was great- hence the 2 stars), but was on the chair for about 3-5 minutes, then hurried off and it was NEXT! The haircut wasnt horribly, but NOT what we had invisioned! I paid and then proceeded to say I didnt need a reciept and started to walk towards the door when the asain woman says WOW like not wanted my reciept was a problem?? I guess we got what we paid for! Would definitely not recommend this location - She just made her competitors more desirable and more dollars from my family!!

The owner of this place is amazing. No matter how busy they are, she always takes time to welcome every new customer. I like going into this place for my boys haircuts.We always ask for the owner to cut our hair. She is a great hairstylist.

Ive been getting haircuts here for about 2 1/2 years. I like this establishment because its FAST. Never had a bad haircut here, and hey it grows back anyway! This isint the 80s anymore. They treat you with kindness and respect.

Ive been going here for years now. Sherry would always give me my haircuts. I have no idea what happened the last time I went but she cut my hair very unevenly once I got home and straighten my hair and noticed it I went back to her a couple days later. When I spoke to her and told her that it wasnt even she didnt even apologize she didnt seem remotely sorry. She said she would fix it but that would totally ruin the style that I was going for and make my hair shorter than I wanted so I told her no Ill wait until it grows out a little bit and I just wanted her to know. And in the end I was very disappointed after all the years Ive been going there that I didnt even get a Im sorry. Sherry and Great Clips have lost my business for good.

Horrible....woman had bad attitude before she even started working on my sons hair. Then when my son got scared she said she couldnt work on him if he continued to squirm. I just walked out.

They do a really good job. They save your style profile so next time you dont have to tell them specifics.

Prices have gone up for a basic cut by 50% in the last 3 years. Seems high for a 10 minute haircut for me.Take my kids elsewhere now for the same cut for much less.

I got my hair done here. They did a nice job. Cost $20 (tip included) for a 5 min hair cut.

Unfortunately the hairstylist cut my sons neck in 3 places with the clippers. Hes 5yrs old and very squirmy and difficult to give a hair cut but that still shouldnt have happened 3 times. Hes afraid of hair cuts now. The stylist barely spoke 3 words to me and seemed very upset. We wont be going back.
