What a beautiful property and neighborhood. When we saw the information that Scott showed us online it did not compare to how nice everything really is in person. We have had family in other nursing homes in Lafayette and by far this was the easiest process to get Mom admitted.She loves the big rooms with the wonderful views of the grounds......I called in the other night and spoke to a nurse who took quite a bit of time to let me know everything going on with mom since I was not able to make it in for a few days. Thank you Gary!Keep up the great work!!!

One of the worst places I have ever dealt with. Wouldnt wish this place on my worst enemy. Lack of care and companionship better off going down to the river. Patient practically comatose drops food tray off comes back 20 minutes later oh are they done. PT room at a balmy 85 degrees in an overflowing depends in the same position for who knows how long.

This facility has great staff and residents. However, the current DON is the worst person I have ever worked for. She is rude, unprofessional, and bitter. She is currently on a power trip and continuously makes staff feel unappreciated and talks down to them/me on more than one occasion.

I came to Signature in Lafayette for to Rehab after my lengthy hospital stay. I received excellent care from the Nurses who were very patient with me. They were always attentive to my needs and treated me very kindly. The Rehab always went above and beyond, more os than that in the hospital. The exercises were intensive and just want I needed but didn’t want to do. They pushed me to limits I never thought I would reach.I was a very needy patient and didn’t want to be in a “nursing home”. I wanted to leave many times, but the care and support offered to me was above and beyond. Thank you to everyone who helped get me home!

My time working there was great! I loved the residents and many of the staff members. Every place has their issues tho. But all in all great place to work.

My dad has had a great experience here. His mental and physical health has greatly improved. No place is perfect but we are so happy with the progress my dad has made here. Some of the people working there are new and seem happy to help.

My wife and I were looking for placement for my mother-in-law in the area. We drove by the facility to check it out before requesting information from them. It sits up on a hill secluded from other buildings but is close enough to town that we felt good about accessibility. The property looked very well maintained and pretty. My mother-in-law ultimately ended up being able to stay at home for now, but the staff and people we spoke with while inquiring about placement were very nice, knowledgeable and prompt in communicating with us. Lindsay was mainly who we dealt with; she was always available with our many questions and never made us feel as though we were a burden while trying to decide what was best for our family. When the time comes that we do place my mother in law, it will be with Signature in Lafayette.

The staff has been awesome here. They treat me like Im one of their family members and not a patient. The staff takes the time to help me when Im having a challenging day and they celebrate my accomplishments like its a big deal, which it is for me. Surprisingly, the food is really good most of the time. Considering all the people they have to feed with different diets, they do a great job. My aide Natasha, is more like a sister to me than my CNA. I feel like I have become apart of her family and she definietly has become apart of mine. I could not have accepted this change in my life as well as I have, without her. I am blessed to call Signature my home and family.

It’s really difficult to write a review due to Covid, but thus far my experience has been that the staff are nice and helpful. They may need more staff to better accommodate patients and family members, but overall it is not a bad place for your loved ones.

The therapy team here is amazing! The words I cant dont exist here. The words ill try my best is what we do here. I havent walked since 2018 and this afternoon in my PT session, I walked 6 feet frontwards and backwards. The team here knows exactly how to work with me. They challange me to go past my comfort zone during our sessions and then they bring me back to my comfort level. This is the best therapy team I have worked with!!

If you are looking for a facility for a loved one, Signature Healthcare of Lafayette can help! I have a family member residing there and he consistently receives excellent care by the staff. They maintain a high level of concern for the COVID 19 virus and take the necessary measures to keep their residents safe. This gives me great piece of mind.

Im here for some health issues I have and I also use their dialysis clinic here. The dialysis team is very friendly and I can tell they care about my well being. The sessions are not as long as my outpatient treatments and Im done by lunch each time. They remind me that its important to participate in my dialysis treatments and hopefully some day become a candidate for a new kidney. I can tell they definitely know what their doing and Im glad Im in their care.

I have had a great experience here! Today, I am leaving and I have been spoiled rotten. Im afraid I wont be treated like this at home! The nursing staff has been amazing, especially with COVID. They have become my family and they constantly are doing what they can for me. My COTA gets 20,000 stars!! She was absolutley the best!! She did anything and everything she could to make my stay comfortable. She knows how to push me without going to far and I was lucky to be paired with her. They all went way above and beyond what I expected and I truly did have a great expereience! Thank you all!

I have worked in different capacities in several facilities in the Lafayette area. I have now been working here at Signature of Lafayette for two and a half years and I feel so proud of how hard everyone is working to make this a comfortable place for our residents. I am also treated with great respect by staff members and couldnt ask for a better supervisor and team managers! Signature of Lafayette is a great place to work and I plan to work here until I retire!

My mother is a resident at Signature Healthcare of Lafayette. My father had been a resident at this facility as well as my Grandmother. Our family has been connected with this facility for over 20 years and We have seen many changes during that time. In the past 6+ Months, I personally have seen a lot of positive things happening. My mother was able to participate in Vacation Bible School which she has always been passionate about. She is able to get her hair done at the in-house beauty shop. We are very appreciative of everything the staff does to make her quality of life the best it can be.

SHC of Lafayette is making a difference everyday in people’s lives. There have been some great things happening in the past few months. The resident family has many opportunities to learn new skills or to keep working on the things they have enjoyed all their lives. There is music, church services, bowling, corn hole, cooking, crafting, bingo, there’s a little store to shop in and areas outside to visit with friends and family. There is a growing atmosphere of positivity in the staff and a desire to make our custom service excel in every way. This place is moving forward in great ways.

I have entrusted the care of my Mother to Signature Healthcare at the Lafayette, Indiana location. The care, treatment, and kindness that Mom receives on a daily basis is extremely good. I have been able to meet, talk to, and discuss Mom’s care with everyone and anyone who has an impact of her well being. Feedback, updates and sharing of information has been continual and ongoing during her residency. Inclusive to all Departments and Functional Activities, my experience and observations have been very positive and professional. Any question that I might of had, has always been addressed in a timely and affirmative manner. I find the Facility very clean and friendly toward the needs of others. I would highly recommend Signature for those in need of Rehabilitation and Care of their loved ones. I have worked here for 7 months. I could not ask for a better work environment the staff are great and the residents are wonderful. I have worked in other facilities but none of them compare to here.

My father in law was a resident at SHC of Lafayette. He received great therapy and nursing care. Any concerns I had I brought to the staff and they were addressed.

I got great therapy and they helped me walk again and get strong. And I have made friends here.

This place is a joke. My grandma has sat in a soiled diaper for upwards of 18 HOURS, needed her legs wrapped and hasnt been done several times. She has went up to 5 days without a shower. Turned on call lights that havent been answered for hours and when they are finally answered they shut them off without asking what she needs and then just leave. She has found mouse feces and worms in her food which also is cold 90% of the time. She has had things stolen by nurses and clothes have been taken to be washed and never returned. My grandma is definitely not the only patient that has received care like this. This place NEEDS shut down!

Family memeber is here. Multiple times i sat here while he had his call light on for over 2 hours and no one comes to check in on him. He cant get out of bed and they know that. Been here almost two weeks and they havent even opened his toothbrush.. Totally unacceptable. Sits in dirty diaper for multiple hours. Ill go tell a nurse and still takes them multiple hours to come change him. When they finally did they threw the dirty diaper in the corner of his room on the floor and left. We will be looking for a new place tomorrow.

I think some of the nursing staff and CNA staff need to learn how to be patient with the residents. I also believe they need to understand when a family member requests there loved one to go to the ER they need to let them go. We are the loved ones POA not the staff.

I have returnd to Signature HealthCare for the third time for physical rehab. They have a great physical and occupational therapy department and are willing to work with whatever needs you have.

Great team! Top notch therapy with compassionate nursing.

Our family did have trouble with them,as of losing things. Important things ,like eyeglasses,cloths(that were marked). But we thankfully were reimbursed for all of them.

Call lights are not answered for hours.. Some rooms have no working heat and they put patients in there any ways. Mean nurses on night shift
