Very unprofessional, went up there a few times to make an appointment but will always get a run around saying they will call you back but never do . Then I called them one more time and they finally gave me a time to be there at 9am Saturday, I waited out in parking lot for more than an hour and nobody showed up.

If you have natural hair do not go to this salon, even if you don’t. As a natural hair was never washed or prepped, and it was ripped through. Zero professionalism. Would not recommend.

My stylist (Ryan) did a great job! She was very professional, and gave me some tips on how to maintain my style. This was my first time getting my natural hair straightened, and I love how it came out. Ill definitely be coming back.

I had a great experience at this salon. My stylist did large conrows and they came out great. I recommend calling the day before to confirm the time for your appointment as there was a bit of confusion. Other than that, great salon!

I went to Onyx for a wash/deep conditioning/trim for my Natural hair. My stylist Yvonne was very professional and gave me good suggestions on products for my natural hair in the cold climate of indiana. They were busy and I had a little wait but it was worth it for the service. I will be coming back for a follow up trim.

I walked into the salon and was instantly greated . I had recently moved from Chicago and finding a good hair stylist was harder than I imagined. The stylist hadnt arrived yet but when she did she was more than friendly . She looked at my hair and didnt judge the fact that my hair was heavily damaged . They didn’t do what I had asked for and didn’t even seal the braids right so they are unraveling and my box braid are already coming out after 4 days

This place is great and thr ladies are hands down lovely and the best hair doers in town.

Went here when i had shorter natural hair and literally cried on my way home after leaving i hated my hair so much. i needed a trim and wanted a rod set afterwards i literally had to talk the stylist through every step then in the end she fingered through my curls so much it look 2 weeks old by the time she finished. i didnt get heat damage which is good but i was very disappointed. also they didnt talk to me while i was there. the stylist next to me had a joyful conversation and i was just wishing my stylist would say something...ANYTHING! idk the place was clean and the owner seemed very nice. i think i just had a stylist who wasnt very experienced with natural hair. be weary who you get
