But the owner is passionate, open minded, and accepting person thats concerned not only about you physical wellness, but you spiritual needs too. And she seems to cheery pick that in the people she works with.

Tinas classes have a great community around them- very welcoming ladies at boxing and at yoga. The space is gorgeous with its tall ceilings, wood floors and natural light. Tinas yoga classes are a great all levels class with a focus that is curtailed to whatever the students need most that day.

Feeling excited to be a part of a newly renovated space with expanded classes - Sunshine added morning classes and later evening, restorative, power and challenge classes! Be sure to take advantage of the massage therapy and on-site childcare options! A great easy going, welcoming studio for beginners and yogis looking to establish a practice and healthier lifestyle!
