Shilpa makes you look like a million bucks - she is very perceptive and friendly and her service is very professional. She is hugely skilled and passionate about her craft. She is quick but you never feel rushed because she is very meticulous and detail oriented. She does amazing threading. I used to find threading painful but she is gentle and patient and is the best esthetician in greater Lafayette. I am used to great salons in Chicago and a tough customer but she is able to match and even outperform any hair colorist and stylist. Do give her a try. She is the whole package. You will never go anywhere else!!

We scheduled pedicures for a girls afternoon while my son and husband toured a distillery. Shilpa was fantastic in every way. She had such attention to detail and we were the only ones in the shop. In this extraordinary environment, she took every measure to ensure healthy safety - but kept it luxurious and relaxing. It is true - her pedicures are exquisite! The big surprise... she was such an engaging educator on threading! I never EVER thought I would do this a second time in my life - but not only was she skilled - but she made a complete believer out of me! If ever I am in Lafayette visiting kids I will likely always try to swing by for a quick brow clean up. There is no other Shilpa and she is a Lafayette treasure. Since I accidentally bumped into Shilpas over two years ago, my life has changed for good. She does perfect eyebrows - pain free and absolutely the best. I gradually transitioned into getting my hair color, cut and facial from her as well. I will absolutely not be able to go to anyone else for all these things until I live in Lafayette.

I went to Shilpa’s for a pedicure and came out with whole new eyebrows! I had never tried threading before and Shilpa made me feel comfortable enough to try. They now look AMAZING. My pedicure was also great and has lasted longer than normal. Shilpa is extremely professional but friendly and her techniques are unique to her. Prices are very reasonable given her level of expertise. The salon space is very clean and sophisticated with relaxing music. I recommend Shilpa’s Beauty Studio for all your beauty needs!

Shilpa was friendly, inviting, and demonstrated a high level of proficiency.The threading was quick, virtually pain free, and yielded excellent results. Im not certain if Ill continue to have my eyebrows threaded, but my Wife is certain to be a repeat customer.Shilpas is a locally owned and operated small business. They offer a variety of services. Best cut and style Ive ever had! Absolutely love it

I got a split end trimming, which is a service I’ve been looking for a long time here in Lafayette! Price depends on how damaged and long your hair is, but it is reasonable. Shilpa is a very nice person and willing to provide with hair care tips.

Not at all satisfied with the cut. Did not receive what I asked for, which is to be expected at times because not every hair cut turns out correctly, however the stylist and I discussed at length what I wanted and it still was not even considered. I will have to have the cut corrected.

Shilpa is very thorough and detailed oriented. I found someone who finally did my eyebrows the way I wanted them. I stopped the threadimg because it became unbearable, but she threaded my brows and lips where it was very less painful. If you want glamorous eyebrows that sticks out from the rest come to her.
