They need to get better with customer service an need to update their nail skills very limited only gel or acrylic offered could not do designs overcharged a set of gel nails 65 dollars I can go to a shop in Brentwood or Concord get everything I ask for designs powder dipped etc ...for 70 including tip plz get ur nail skills up to date. Ty

Nice place to get a pedicure, but you should definitely make an appointment. I saw three people turned away today disappointed as they didnt have time. Nice clean facility and massage chairs and warm lemon water to soak your feet.

Ive been coming here for years. Ownership has changed recently and theyve done a complete remodel. It looks great, and I always get good service. I get acrylic nails with gel polish and a pedicure every time. Both turn out great. Nails are thin and natural looking, polish lasts, and the massage is fabulous during the pedi. I recommend them!

If I leave happy 😃 I grade at five stars ***** and I left happy! Great staff. My friend and I both had ManiP and felt “new” and rejuvenated upon departure. All good.

I travel from WC to see Crystal once a month. I could literally walk to another place across the street from me. I love my feet, and she takes her time cutting out all my hangnails. I wouldnt suggest anywhere else

Well. This was the quickest mani pedi Ive ever gotten in my life ... and Ive gotten QUITE a few.I like when one person works on me - first pedi then mani. Relax and enjoy. I called ahead of time to ask, how long it will take, so I can make plans afterwards, and they said half an hour because two people will be working on me. Only half an hour for a pedi? That was interesting. While my pedi was being done, a person who was late for her appointment came in and a bit later another walk-in came in. Pedi was good a bit short to my liking but good. The girl was nice and pleasant. Before she was done with my toes, another lady came up to do my finger nails. She kept looking at the late lady with appointment and my pedicurist, and was doing my nails very rushed. When my pedi was done, I actually asked if the same girl could finish my nails. I was brushed off next time next time. Oh well. The lady doing my nails was very rushed didnt clean my nails properly, my cuticles were not properly done. Long story short, I felt totally rushed. I was going to talk to the owner but they were so busy, so I just decided to leave this review and then call them later and talk to her about it. Ill see, how my pedi will hold up, so in a couple of days I will know if I even will consider to go back.

I never get the same results. Communication is impossible. Language​ barrier. I havent been back for a very long time. Tired of being disappointed & wasting good hard earned money. Too bad! 💅 👎 So hard finding the good ones!

Asked for just a mani pedi then they had me choose from three different kinds....not the usual.....only for a pedicure charged me extra for manicure. They talked way too much and really didnt pay attention to me.......one of my toes is really hurting today

They bribed me into getting gels for $35 dollars for what should had been a $15 pedicure.Very disappointing
