I love this salon! Its a fun, laid back atmosphere and all the ladies there are very nice. My stylist, Sarah, is fantastic! She nails it every time. She listens to my requests, makes suggestions, and Im happy after every visit. Ive been coming to her for years (which I cant say has ever been the case before I visited The Hairspa). They prioritize professional development and keep up on the latest trends and techniques. And the addition of the boutique is a fun perk! No complaints about this salon - 100% recommend!

My stylist, Sara, was amazing!!! She certainly pays attention to what you ask for, and works her magic. I went in for cut, color and highlights. The new look with the boutique is a great addition!!! Prices are good.

This was horrible my daughter just paid 135.00 for what was scheduled as a full color with highlights. I go in with her to ask why her roots were not done. The hairdresser then was rude and said she was scheduled for just partial highlights. Ok for that money she could have gone in and gotten what she asked for. They acted like her opinion and mine did not matter. Instead I was told we could do another appointment for the roots. So let me think NOOOOO why spend another couple of hundred to get what she asked for. The front was done but she didnt even really touch the back. I refuse to tell anyone to come here. She didnt really even change it much. I could have taken her to the Walmart and gotten better for less. I was even madder when they just acted like I knew nothing and that she had booked for a partial. I scheduled for her and know I said full color with some highlights. I was told that her boss would call me bet that never happens and if it does they will just want to make her pay more to fix it.

I was visiting from D.C. and was in dire need of a color update. I have been going to the same salon for years here at home. On a whim, I went in. Sarah got me in and I was instantly at ease with her! This color and cut is the best I have had ever!!! I visit Lafayette often and intend to visit Sarah EVERY time I am there!!!

Brooke was super amazing. Asked lots and lots of questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Even explained things so I understand how to treat my hair and how to maintain it. Very very sweet girl. I would definitely recommend her. The only thing I disliked is the sinks are slightly uncomfortable when having your hair washed. But over all a great experience .

It the name of the girl that did my hair but refer me and youll get and $20 off. A your 1st time their. Shes long blonde hair and is one of the models on the front of the store did a phenomenal job! Ill definitely be going back and promoting more people to go!

I get my hair cut once a month. Mendi is my Stylist, and frequently people ask me who does my hair; of course, I am always glad to tell them. She is very upbeat, and she does a really good job both with my cut and my color. The salon is very up to date, which makes for a pleasant pampering experience. Try the Hair Spa; you wont regret it!

Mendi has been doing my hair for over 3 years. She always sees my vision and brings it to life. Several of the other girls have done my daughters haircuts on multiple occasions and Im always happy. Sarah is a great stylist as well as barber and is my sons favorite. Its a great atmosphere and I appreciate the amazing service.

Cindy is one of the best! She always finds time to fit me in and knows exactly how I want my hair everytime. Place is clean and online booking tool is simple to use when I use it. Great place with Great people working there.

If I could put no stars I definitely would. I am SO upset at how my hair and my sisters hair has turned out. My sister openly expressed how much she disliked her hair and the girl that did it told her that she would have to come back in 2 weeks and pay again to fix what she messed up. I told the person that did my hair that I did NOT WANT LINES when fading my blonde to purple and they did the front fine but the back looks like trash. I didnt think it looked bad until my boyfriend took a picture of the back. The purple in my hair is all different shades and all different lengths on my hair and I absolutely hate it for the price that I paid. I am not at all happy and WILL NOT BE RETURNING. I will pay AGAIN to have someone do it right then go back to this place.

I got my hair cut which was awesome I loved it.... but the second time I came back to get my hair finished to get it colored. I didnt get to even see my hair til it was done and the color wasnt even close to anything I wanted.... plus I got a bruise on the back of my head from them messing around and slamming the sink in the back of my head. After all that I left them a message about my hair and I got nothing back.... so I will never go back

I get my hair done by Mendi! She is so knowledable about hair care. She has helped me introduce new colors to my hair and helped me learn how to best take care of my hair.

Brooke is the one that did my sons haircut and did a great job she was really amazing and we will keep coming back.
