Great caregivers who are kind, caring, and work really hard in providing quality care. Communication is superb when it comes to covering shifts when a caregiver has to take off.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBERTheir billing department will run your card without your knowledge or consent.Check your bills!! They bill you for caregiver Overtime when their own relief caregiver is LATE, causing the overtime in the first place.Their caregivers will steal time by claiming they are at work when theyre in your driveway on the phone. I hope you have cameras to prove it, because theyll claim their GPS shows the caregiver on site.Caregivers... Its hit or miss. Some are awesome. Some lazy as all get out. We had one ask to take a nap! Most are glorified babysitters who cant cook more than a TV dinner.You add the issues with incompetent billing office. RUN !!!Sad, because the upper management gals are really nice. Too bad they arent surrounded by a competent team.

A First Name Basic is a great company to work for. The employers are very concerned about us and the clients well being. I recommend this company to the people I come in contact with that has a love and compassion for people whom cant do the things they use to do and could use a little or all assistance. The employers keeps is informed of hours available and our schedules on a regular basis. They are very well organized. I have work for them once before and I have just returned in September and I must say, im very pleased. Keep up the good work.

I have been working for this company for 1 year and 3 months i have never had a problem always pleasant when i come in contact with staffing and co workers. I would recommend A first name basis to everyone that i come in counter with because they are just that awesome you won’t be disappointed . They are always there & also caring ❤️

Been working for this company for almost 10yrs. Never had a problem I love all my clients I was even a staffer as well. They didn’t even have the decency to email, text, or call to say that they were closing my work file during a pandemic. I had to email them myself when I couldn’t log into my work app anymore.

The office staff and caregivers are great at what they do. Would recommend them to take care of your loved ones!!

Very unreliable company. Have too many patients and not enough caregivers. Many caregivers do not have experience with caring for elderly patients that have certain disorders, so the patients in turn are not cared for properly. Staffing the patients is not effective due to unorganization. If they make a mistake, they will not take the blame for the mistake they made and will put it off on someone else. Like a previous review stated, they put caregivers at risk for something terrible to possibly happen and pay very little. Save yourself the headache and time, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY HOME HEALTH NEEDS OR FOR A JOB!
