Just want to send a big shout out to Stephanie at ACU in Lacey Washington branch, Ive been trying to get my Harley refinanced recently with no luck a friend of mine suggested Acu, after talking with Stephanie she got my info on Saturday and by Tuesday she called and informed me that she was able to get me a lower interest rate on my bike, I went from 14.95 to 5.99 and she helped me with my credit card and took the time to explain everything to me. I could not be happier. Charli helped us with a personal loan and made everything so easy. With the current COVID crisis making it tough to get into a branch to complete paperwork, she offered to do everything over the phone and online. I switched from USAA to ACU for my primary checking, savings, and CDs and I’m so happy I did. I’m about to refinance my car with ACU, they have much more competitive rates and I can easily make payments on the mobile app. Unlike right now, I have to call and sit on the phone for 30 min just to make an extra payment.

It’s nice to be greeted as soon as you walk through the door. The ladies at this branch are friendly and helpful!

Terrible service.I went there this morning to finish my paperwork and get a new debt card (new customer).I walked in and someone checked me in said that one of the ladies would be right with me. 20 mnTs later and four other ppl serviced before me I decided to walk out. How am I still sitting and new ppl keep walking in and being helped before me? I’m going to take my service elsewhere . I hadn’t even started processing my stuff when I decided they had lost a customer.
