I have been to multiple other Dentists and the experience never turned out good. Due to their lack of customer service, pricing and quality of work.I can happily say it is the exact opposite with new Day smile! OMG !! From the start Stacy was the best with details & answers to my questions & made me feel very comfortable & special . I went for the full hybrid upper & lower dentures as i only had 10 teeth left & they were not worth saving. I am still in shock with all positive aspects that I now feel & everyone notices in me because of the truly caring wonderful staff & what feels like family to me now . My smile My attitude is just ridiculously amazing !! I never ever could have made a better choice in my own outlook in life & its because of these special people that really do care . Alicia and Dr. Rivera was so kind to my mother who absolutely hates the dentist. They were very accommodating and worked very hard to reach an end state that worked for her and that she was completely happy with the end state. Alicia was amazing and very friendly. She created a safe, calm and friendly environment. Dr. Rivera was very professional and friendly. He takes immense pride in his work. This was the best experience at the dentist by far.

My Husband came across New Day Smile online. I’ve had so many bad experiences before in the past that I was in desperate need of a great dentist, from the minute I walked in I was Welcomed and Greeted by the receptionist she was very friendly and polite.From the first conversation with Dr. Edgar I knew I was in a good dental office. I made a decision to go through with his recommendations and their services. I was not pressured at all and the financing department was great with the many different payment options that they offered.From the consultation to the surgery and my first check up the entire staff was great. I called and spoke to Dr. Edgar Rivera and explained to him that I was nervous and anxious prior to the surgery he answered every question and was very tentative to my concerns calmed me down and gave me a sense of security. He was very funny and went through with my entire procedure very professionally. A friend recommended NDSDG a few years ago when I was having some tooth pain & looking for a new dentist. I had an excellent experience from the exam to the procedure. Most recently I went in for my yearly exam & cleaning. The dental assistant was incredibly sweet & attentive. I suffer from dental anxiety & she took such great care of me. The dentist made recommendations & I felt relaxed enough to schedule my procedure later this month.

I was a bit nervous since it was my first time there, but the environment felt just right. I havent felt comfortable at a dentist office before because my previous visits from other offices werent great; therefore, I hope New Day Smile will be a different but better experience this time around. And the service there was prompt and fast unlike other offices.

From the moment I first walked in I was impressed by the entire operation. Instead of being handed a clipboard I entered and authorized electronically on a tablet. They were ready for me before I could sit down. The staff was busy but quite accommodating. I never had to wait on anything more than a minute on any step of my procedure. From what I saw they are using cutting edge technology. Every person I spoke to instilled in me a feeling confidence in their practice. These people know what theyre doing and they do it well.

The front end people were warm and made me feel comfortable, when I was nervous. The dentist was informative but not pushy. I felt like my best interest was in consideration. Both of my kids 5&3 are speech delayed and have sensory issues so visits to the dentist have always been a struggle. This was the best experience they have ever had. They took it slow when needed and explained things to put them at ease. My son (the younger) still was not having it and they didn’t push it at all like other places. It was great. The dentist came in and tried to help calm him by talking about super heros and brushed really fast. It was great. Fast experience and pleasant even with fussy kids lol.

I highly recommend this dental group!I have always wanted my teeth fixing. So this year, with the persuasion of my family, I decided it was now the time. Having had bad experiences with dentists in the past, I reluctantly entered the dentists office feeling extremely apprehensive.From the moment I entered the waiting area, all staff, from admin to the nurses and dentists were immediately reassuring and took great care of me. They have been absolutely wonderful and continue to be on each visit. The dentist explained the various options of treatment available to me and what would be involved during these treatments (which was very scary for me). Never in a million years would I have believed I could do this but I firmly believe it is down to the care and dedication along with the respect given from this dental group.I am still not finished yet and continue to attend although the end is near when I can eventually ‘get my new smile back’. I scheduled an appointment for a deep cleaning. I had this procedure done before, but nothing like the one I got at new day smile. Lara made me feel at home and was very detailed on my cleaning. With normal oral hygienic hardware and implants my gums are sensitive. Laura - my preferred oral hygienist - deep cleans areas that I miss during daily brushing, flossing & rinsing. Laura has a soft touch and has never cause me a second of pain since cleaning my teeth over a decade…Kudos for the New Day Staff

Very nice people pleasant experience for examination. I thought the prices were high and 3 to 4 months of time before implants can go in is crazy I dont care for the glue in dentures and this wouldnt work for me.

A friend told me about this place she has been coming to them for years. I came after going another dentist that was closer to me that wanted 3 times the amount that they ended up charging me for the same work. They don’t try to talk you into high price things you don’t want or make you feel bad. They are just there to help you feel better.

Hello All,Ive been going to the New Day Smile for quite sometime now. Since 2004 or 2005.Ive always gotten in right away, no longer than 5 minutes wait time 10 tops.The staff is excellent. Answering questions and very attentive to my personal needs.I generally dont like going to the dentist, however here at New Day Smile I dont mind it a bit.If you are in need of implants, this is the place to go. The dentists here are top of the line in this procedure. Ive never had any problems.There is a lab onsite, so the wait is much less for partials, a set of dentures, or any other need you may have.The most important thing is that I trust them very much, and grateful I go to this dentist.They bend over backwards to help in anyway you require.If you are from out of town and have an emergency, this is a great place to call.Thank you New Day Smile!

Cheryl and Stacy in the front office and Dr Valadez and staff have exceeded my expectations throughout my surgery and follow up to this point. I have been to three different prosthodontists before finding New Day Smile and they all failed to deliver on their initial promises. Dr Valadez has been great and the initial consultation is free give them a try I think youll agree.

I had Mo this time as a dental Hygienist. She did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. I called a few days earlier to schedule a next available appointment or I’d be willing to take someone’s cancellation sooner. They fit me in within a few days. It’s nice to have confidence all the employees of this Dentist office.
