On Jan 8 2021 Dr. Cho had removed my wisdom tooth. He walked me through the process and informed me that due to my tooth being partially impacted that I may experience slight discomfort compared to my last wisdom extraction. Every time I have any sort or treatment rendered Dr. Cho makes sure I am fully aware of what is going to happen and asks if I have any questions prior to rendering treatment. If you are looking for a dentist that cares for the well being of his patients and makes sure we understand why certain treatment is needed as well as understanding the type of procedure being completed this is the place to go! This is my new home dental office. Walking into a beautiful well maintained office very clean and efficient. My initial visit was very warm and welcoming! From the moment I walked in to being seated in the chair. The front staff was very enthusiastic and welcoming. They provide a hand sanitizer upon arrival and temperature checks prior to going in the back! Once they take you to your room they have you do an oral rinse to kill any bacteria in the mouth prior to the exam. Once seated the girls in the back are so friendly and upbeat. They are very through and walk you through every step as they go. They use not just x-rays but photos as well! Dr. Cho is simply amazing! He walks you through the entire exam and explains why certain treatment is needed if necessary. Dr. Cho is very light handed and patient. You can honestly feel from the first visit on how much he cares for his patients. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else! Not only was my first visit amazing but my follow up appointments for my wisdom extraction and fillings were pain free! I couldn’t feel when I was being numb and the extractions were done before I even knew it. I had a few filling done as well and my mouth just felt brand new! I will be staying with Dr. Cho for all of my dental needs and routine cleanings and check ups! Thank you Dr. Cho and staff for being an amazing team!!

I visited Dr.Cho’s office after reading amazing yelp reviews. I was extremely hesitant to make an appointment at first due to my bad history with other dentists but now I am so glad I did. The front office girls were extremely sweet and Dr.Cho has been nothing but great! My first appointment was amazing he took the time to explain everything to me in depth and the importance of proper dental care and maintenance. I have had to get several different procedures but he has been great through all of them and extremely understanding. I went to Dr. Cho’s dental office August 2020 during this pandemic and I must say their service is always 5 stars. I was a little hesitant at first because of covid but was so comfortable and glad I went. They took every precaution to ensure theirs and my safety. I felt 100% safe. When you first arrive you wait in the car and call them. They let you know when your room is open and ready so no unnecessary contact with other patients. Once you go inside they give you hand sanitizer and check your temperature. You must wear your mask until you are seated. Once you sit they have you gargle this liquid, I forgot what it’s called but basically it kills the bacteria in your mouth. Almost like disinfecting it before they go in. I went for a teeth cleaning so Dr. Cho then informed me what he was going to do and how it’s a little different and safer. They no longer use an electric instrument which is safe because there is less saliva. He does the cleaning by hand and is always very thorough. I would recommend going even right now. I know how important teeth cleanings are and I felt completely safe. This office does an amazing job, like always so I’m not surprised.

Dr. Cho has been my dentist for about a year, after my family and I relocated to the area last year. Very recently I experienced tremendous tooth pain in one of my back molars. I called the office and they were able to see me right away. He looked at my tooth and he examined my current night guard (made by a previous dentist). Instead of jumping straight to a root canal, Dr. Cho recommended a conservative approach of making a new night guard to see if it helped. Thank goodness he was right and the pain went away very quickly after I started wearing my new night guard (no root canal needed!). Dr. Cho has helped educate me on the importance of wearing a night guard consistently, and being mindful of my bite and jaw alignment. Its so important for your long-term dental health, and I was really clueless before because no other dentist had really ever talked to me about it. Additionally, the office is very modern and clean, and his office staff, dental assistants and hygienists are all very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Visited Dr. Cho’s office on 7/24/2020 along with my 10 yr old daughter as new patients. If you were to ask anyone I hate the dentist I dread going if I don’t have to! But after coming here that has completely changed my view. Fist off you are Walking into a very clean and welcoming office seeing our names written on the board stating “welcome to our office.” The front staff was extremely friendly. They checked both our temperatures and provided hand sanitizer upon entering the office. After filling out our forms we were immediately taken back to our rooms. The girls in the back were kind and very detailed explaining what they were going to do prior to doing it. It was truly a wonderful experience. Dr. Cho took his time with his exam asking me if I had any concerns or questions along the way. He is very detail oriented and broke everything down to me along the way. Using a white board as well as images explaining why I needed my particular dental treatment. The staff was exceptional and very friendly. They took great care of my daughter as well. She stated she wants this to be her new dentist! If you are looking for a Dr. who shows he cares about his patients and making sure they understand what he is recommending and that will take the time to explain the importance of oral hygiene and proper care this is the place to go. Overall I enjoyed my experience here at Dr. Cho’s office. Will be returning to him for both mine and my daughters dental care.

I found Dr. Chos office online and was impressed with the website. His office assistant, Candice was extremely helpful, staying in touch over several months before and during the CoVid lockdown, and contacting me when the office could finally open.The office experience was indeed a pleasure from start to finish, and Dr. Cho was patient and thorough in his care and treatment of my case. Dr.Cho has been my dentist for over 7 years. He is always accommodating and understanding of my dental needs. He takes the time to explain in detail what the treatment is why its recommended. New patient for examination and cleaning: Arrived early 11:48 am for 12:00pm appointment, had paperwork filled out by 12:01, called to the back at 12:16. Had full x- rays, photographs -in my opinion unnecessary - and a panoramic x-ray - which was a bad image as the bottom half of the image was obstructed by the lead apron. The dentist exam included deep poking of gums to check for gum pockets, heavy hands noted toward the back teeth which resulted in bleeding - I brush and floss regularly and never bleed from flossing, however, dentist recommendation was “gum treatment, ” which is essentially a deep cleaning under local anesthesia in all 4 quadrants, this is not fully covered by the insurance, I was quoted $600 out of pocket. I declined stating “I will not pay that.” The regular cleaning was not performed as I declined the deep cleaning, no other option. Just felt like the deep cleaning should be reserved for people with symptomatic gum disease, including symptoms such as bleeding or red gums - both of which I do not experience.I’m definitely getting a second opinion and recommend always getting a second opinion if a dentist readily “recommends” a “gum treatment” on the very first visit, which may be unnecessary and lead to unwarranted invasive treatment with possible complications.

Found this office through yelp and saw the amazing reviews! So happy I chose to make an appointment and get my work done here. The staff is amazing and super professional, I was super scared and anxious with getting my wisdom tooth pulled but they all reassured me everything would be fine and they were right! Dr Kenneth Cho is the best and is so patient especially since I get so scared when it comes to the shots and numbing but he did so amazing I couldnt feel any of them! My whole experience has been great and they definitely changed my perspective about going to the dentist office now! I highly recommend this office !

My dentist of 17 years passed away due to a surgical problem, and I was forced to look for a new dentist. My old dentist had been like a guiding light to me, not only on my dental needs but also in my life. So later I searched and visited 4 different dentists. They were all professional, but I had no connection with them. They all appeared too busy and rushed. So while searching on Google (Orange County, CA), I came across Dr. Kenneth Cho. He had good reviews, and he was located in a centralized area with little traffic, so I took my chances. It has been a year now that I had developed an infection and my tooth needed to be removed and maybe go for an implant. Dr. Cho was very detailed in his work and explained all venues about such tooth replacement. Since this was my first implant, I took a chance. I was very lucky I have found Dr. Cho. The implant went without issues, and “the pain” was mostly in my head, due to my own fears. Dr. Cho and his staff are very professional and driven to excel, by making sure each patient leaves with the best dental care available. His office does care for each patient. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. KENNETH CHO for all your dental needs.

This place is awesome! I started coming to Dr. Cho a few years ago. My family and I were bouncing from one terrible dentist to another and then we finally found him in Whittier and our horrifying experiences were over. He is always very professional does such a great job, and is very calm. His staff is also very fantastic. They really make you feel welcomed and want to get to know you as a person not just a patient. Dr. Cho is a great reason to go, the staff is the reason you come back. Even after he left his old office in Whittier, my family and I continue to go to him.A little about my personal experience. He noticed immediately that something was wrong with my jaw, and not only did he work with me to make sure I would not be in pain during my visits, he offered me something that changed my life. He recommended I use a night guard. Since then my jaw no longer clicks, pops, or cracks; I can open my mouth fully with ease; and I no longer wake up with any pain. You would never realize how something so simple as a night guard can change your life.

You have to visit this dentist! I went to see Dr. Cho for the first time about three years ago. Accidentally I bit into a bone and a piece of my front tooth came off! My front tooth! I could not smile without being embarrassed! His location was close to my home and what attracted me to his office was a sign that said “Cosmetic dentistry.” I thought I gave him a try. In those days Yelp or online reviews were not as popular as they are now. All I can say now is that I am happy I did! I left my previous dentist whom my family and I saw for many years, and this is why: He is very skilled and takes pride in his work. Because of this his work is of great quality. He is patient and wants you to be satisfied with his work. I thought I was going to have a horrible filling in my front teeth but he took the time to find the perfect porcelain color to match my front teeth and it looks great! He reshaped my tooth and it looks better than before. After that procedure I continue to see him as my regular dentist. He has done other procedures as well. My husband and I had implants, I had a bridge done, my daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted and my youngest daughter just got her braces. All of these treatments done patiently, under hardly any pain and with extreme professionalism. His new location in La Habra is very nicely decorated and his staff super friendly! I hardly wait to be seen. I am offered water and even get coffee some times! I get text messages to be reminded of appointment and I even get a phone call from Dr. Cho to see how I am feeling after a dental procedure. I know that if a temporary crown becomes loose or something else bothers me, Dr. Cho is willing to accommodate his schedule and see me. He has come to meet me at his office on a Saturdays and seen my daughter in his day off too! He even gave me a great dicount in my daughter’s braces and we are all happy he is our dentist. Thanks Dr. Cho!

Awsome Awsome Awsome! Facility is very modern and well maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and go out of their way to make sure your every need is meet, including TV and water while you wait. Every procedure is thoroughly explained beforehand so there’s no surprises, and he even takes the time to draws you images of the problems occurring on his white board and iPad. The right hand assistants are always asking if you’re ok during the procedures and Dr. Cho is as gentle as can be never rushing through any of my procedures to get to the next patient. They have a text messaging system to remind you of upcoming appoints and you also receive a friendly reminder phone call the day before your appointment. Truly great customer service, you won’t be disappointed.
