Dr. Sterling is great! He has performed surgery on bothof my eyes. My eyesight is better now than it has ever been.His office staff is also great. Jennifer, Laurel and Rachel all do great jobs handling all the scheduling, testing and follow upDetails.

Would not recommend. My 95 yo mom went for an exam and then had glasses made. She couldnt see, so I scheduled an appointment to take her back. The doctor wasnt there that day and they told us we would have to return another day to see the doctor; only a tech there. Not very accomodating to make multiple trips for a 95 year old with a walker and not very handicapp accessible. I now have to start all over to take her to another doctor for exam and glasses and she is on a limited income.

Dr. Sterling is a very thorough, caring doctor. I have had two eye surgeries by him and have been very pleased. His office staff is also very efficient and helpful

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. In the past, Ive had bad experiences with either the office staff or the quality of doctor care, but never both. Here, I had horrible expereinces with the staff and the healthcare specialists. The first eye exam I had there was completely wrong. The prescription was significantly weaker than my current prescription and the secretary told me that thats how eyes work. After pressing them, they agreed to see me again, but would only write me my current prescription! This was after I paid $160 out of pocket because they mistakenly told me when I made the appointment that they took my insurance. They agreed to give me a new exam for free, but when I got my glasses, that prescription was wrong too!So to summarize- Ive been to this office 3 times now with 2 different exams and still dont have a working prescription. Ive been trying to get a new prescription since 1/11 (its 2/16). All after paying $160 out of pocket for nothing.Avoid this place if youre just trying to get a new prescription.

I love this doctor. He helped me so much. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is gentle and listens to the client!

Two surgeries. Lots of appointments. Never had to wait but if I had to it would be worth it. All business but shares his science with you and listens to your thoughts. The results have been awesome. Staff efficient and friendly.

Dr. Sterling is the best doctor. He took great care of my mother in law. She was told that she would be blind from her condition but Dr. Sterling stayed on top of her problems and she passed away with her eye sight. She was his patient for over 30 years. He is definitely worth a wait because he cares for everyone of his patients equally. He is amazing in his knowledge of eyes. We love our doctor!

Lived in 3 states and seen lots of eye doctors, Dr Sterling is one of the finest and most skilled doctors of i have found. he did my cataract surgery on my right eye and i now have 20-20 for reading in the right eye and 20-20 for distance in my left eye. giving him a 5 but he rates a 10 , and the staff is fantastic!

As a new patient, the earliest they could schedule me in was a month later. I showed up for my appointment 20 minutes ahead of time and waited for an hour and a half. I ended up leaving and telling them to take me off their patient list. Extremely frustrating!

It was great the staff was so nice and dr sterling was great loved them all he dose a wonderful job

I totally agree with the other person who rated Dr. Sterling & his staff. He is very honest and does not try to talk you into a procedure that you do not need.

To many patients for one doctor and the wait is to long, does no good to have an appointment.
