Had cataract surgery done by Dr. McDaniel on both of my eyes 2 weeks apart. First surgery I was terrified but was I surprised at how quick, easy and painless it was. And boy what a wonderful sight to see colors and people etc. I had no idea how much I had been missing. Was excited to have my second surgery and had perfect vision in that eye the next day! I have had no pain whatsoever and my sight just continues to improve as my eyes heal.Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for the friendly, professional, caring employees at Southeast Eye Surgery Center! You made it so simpleSo easy. I would HIGHLY recommend them!!!

Had surgery on eye brows and lids, eye brows went ok no problems. When eye lid surgery was scheduled had to sign waver, it stated that 20% of lid surgery had to be operated on more than once. Both lids were operated on at same time. At post-OP visit one lid needed to be operated on a second time, the Doctor did the repair in her office that day. Within 6 weeks the other lid needed to be repaired. I was told about waver stating 20% needed second surgery so I had to pay for that surgery. This was wrong, both of my lids had to be repaired a second time, my old school math calculates that to be 100%. Yet I had to pay twice. Results after was good but being on a fixed income it wasnt right having to pay twice.

I had a good experience. I was treated well by everyone. The doctor was very thorough. I didnt have to wait in the lobby too long (maybe 20 mins). I needed my tear duct irrigated. I got the care I needed and I have no complaints. I will gladly come back even though I hope I wont have to.

Dr. Parker and his staff were very accommodating to me and were able to work a procedure in the same day.

Its a nice office but they take forever and a day to get anything done. I had an appointment at 1:15 today. Its almost three and I am still waiting to be seen. Very frustrating. If they are running behind someone needs to open their mouths and say something. If I wouldnt be charged for cancellation I would get up and walk out.

Kind, informative, patient, respectful staff. Services rendered were spot on. Clean offices. Elevators and restrooms wheelchair accessible.

Our appointment was at 11am we was out by 12:20 this was our first appointment and also dealing with my 5 year old autistic child who doesnt cooperate very well and also scheduling his surgery! Highly recommend them Dr cutter-peck was super sweet and understanding of my lil boy being scared!

Dr Peck is a multi personality arrogant braggadosious , or as she said “ I am an occular surgeon after all”who leads patients on, tell of her surgical skills, the attempts to send me to Atlanta to another doctor as she can’t do a pstosis repai and blephoplasty!This is all taking place after.I received my surgical packet and results for my test being CT and blood work.( I. Being told this as her tech is not in exam room as yet)I asked her what is going onAll of her fabulous skills, she can’t seem to handle.Damn scary,! Wasted my time and money.She over talked me and I was not going into an argument with this womanHypocritic Oath means physical and emotional. She is down right cruel.Couldn’t get out out the presence of that unstable woman quick enough.How long will she be in Knoxville...
