Best pedicure I’ve had in my entire life! Never been here before, dropped by they got me right in. Paid a little extra for the upgrade to my pedicure and it was sooooo worth it! My calf and foot message was just amazing. Nails look good too. I will be back and recommend to anyone in the area!

Very dissatisfied with service received, gel polos was pulled off my toes which resulted in my nail separating from the bed and consequently an infection, I won’t be back. This is the same place that caused necrotizing fasciitis in another client, should have known

Mia performs the BEST dip nails in Knoxville. My nails look natural and beautiful. Thanks, Mia! Mary gave me another amazing pedicure. She takes her time to clean and trim my nails. She gives a great leg massage, too! They are the best of the best, and I’d never go anywhere else. The spa is always clean, and everyone is super nice!

This was the best pedicure I have had in years. Linda was so good! I will definitely be coming back. I’ve had a lot of problems with my cuticles being damaged at many different salons and this was my last chance before I started saying don’t touch my cuticles.lol Linda was so gentle and didn’t make my cuticle bleed. She will always be my favorite from now on.

When I have gone to get my nails done I have should the worker the nails I was looking for and they were able to get my nails pretty close to what I wanted and I loved how they looked a would definitely go again!

I went here today because my normal place Your Nails Spa had a 2 hour wait. A real pretty Asian lady checked me in and gave me a price. Rachel gave me a wonderful manicure and dip on my fingers. Afterwards another sweet lady whos name started with L gave me a gel polish for my toenails. They both did a beautiful job. A different Asian lady checked me out and gave me a different price than what was quoted to me and what was on my receipt. She charged me a dollar more. I went ahead and paid her a dollar more and generously tipped both ladies who gave nail service.I did not care to be given a different price and the two colors that I chose were not available after they started on my nails.I do appreciate the kind service of the pretty lady who check in and the 2 ladies who gave me nail service.God is good.

They done a great job on my daughter and myself. We loved every minute of our pedicures.

Jazzy Nails has such a relaxing vibe (especially in the mornings) and the artists are all very sweet and talented. Rachel does a great job, she did my SNS dip nails today for my brother’s wedding this weekend and she did a great job! Definitely would recommend.

Was eating near by. Called and asked if I could make an appointment. The front desk stated that I didn’t need an appointment and that I could just come into the salon for a fill in and would be seen. I went to the salon 5 minutes later and put my name on the list. I waited 45 minutes. I noticed several other people getting called back. So i asked how much longer my wait would be, “Maddie” then said it will be another 30 minutes and that she could schedule me for an appointment.

I was happy with my pedicure and i was ok with my manicure but I would have probably been out if, the young man didn’t stop to read and send a text Several times! Very impersonal! I own a hair salon and I would Never allow my stylist to be talking or texting on their phone when they have a client in their chair!..Plus be so I personable!

I had the best nail tech during my visit. She was super nice and paid great attention to detail. I wish I had gotten her name. I will definitely go back.

Daisy is wonderful!!! Shes very creative and not afraid to make bold statements in her work. I really enjoy the atmosphere there, and the pedicures with Linda are great as well. Shes thorough and consistent from visit to visit. My nails stay nice between visits until they literally grow out. Not a lot of breakage even when its been a month. Wonderful staff. Great place.

My new place to get my nails done! Today was my 1st time going here and wont be my last!! I just walked in and was able to have them done with no waiting. The at the front desk was so very friendly - as was the whole staff. My nails always look nice when I leave. The receptionist is literally the SWEETEST person ever. All of the nail technicians I have had are very nice and skilled. I have been coming to this nail salon for a long time and haven’t been disappointed!

Friendly staff and pretty good service. I have really been struggling to find a good nail salon in Knoxville. They did a good job. I got the powder dip and it lasted almost two weeks...which is okay. I wish they had more colors for dip nails and would would put more time and effort in.

My daughter and I went for a pedicure today. We waited 10 minutes then we had to ask are you ready for us?The lady put my daughter in a chair and me in the chair beside of her and I soaked my feet the whole time my daughter was getting a pedicure. No one came to do my pedicure until after my daughter was finished 10 minutes later.We have always been asked if we would like something to drink. No one asked us today.This was the worst service we have ever had there.

I see Daisy for acrylic fills and she never disappoints. Her attention to detail is what I look for in a nail tech and I plan on coming to her for as long as I can. The prices are fair but the salon gets very busy, I HIGHLY recommend scheduling an appointment when you can.

This is my go-to salon in Knoxville. Ever tech Ive had has been wonderful and kind. Rachel is my favorite so far, so definitely ask for her when you go in! They never rush on my nails and they always end up beautiful!

I had an appt at 10, was taken back right away and was done within an hour for a full set of nails! Laura was very attentive and did a great job! I’ve been coming to Jazzy for several years and I love it!

The wait was only about 20 min and I was worked on non stop until my nails were done and toes were painted. Not bounced around. The salon is much bigger than I anticipated and beautifully decorated. Did I mention clean? The workers were very friendly and easy to understand. A+

Because of the level of care, attention to detail, and the magic Tracy works on my nails and brows, I wouldnt go anywhere else! The shop is suoer-clean. The ambience is immediately relaxing, with a beautiful decor and soft, soothing music. Youll always be asked what you would like to drink and be treated with the utmost courtesy. Ive been impressed with the kindness of the operators as they put polish on a group of tiny girls, deliver multiple services to parties and families, and accommodate some very creative requests for holiday nails. All this happens quietly while youre enjoying your own personal transformation. I give Jazzy Nail Bar the highest marks for going above and beyond for every one of my experiences as a customer.

I was give the roughest person there I think! She picked me, cut me and not even I’m sorry. I ask her not to be so rough with the tools. It was horrible. Then she painted my nails andLeft me sitting for almost a hour No One Not on single person checked on me. When it was time to pay they ask me how it was I told them the sweet receptionist said I’m so sorry. I will never return and will not recommend to any one

I have a great experience every time I go! I like to go when I think it will be less crowded, like during the week.I go when I have time, so I can relax and enjoy the experience. They take their time. There is very little chatting going on among themselves as a lot of places. I love the spa music. They offer me something to drink every time. I would not go anywhere else. My favorite nail salon!

My lady did a great massage but was lacking in painting nails.This is my second nail salon visit here in Knoxville and I’m still looking for a salon that does just good cleaning and painting

The lady that did my nails seemed inconvenienced by me asking for a manicure for my natural nails. I didnt want gel, but it was done.My nails are uneven and jagged. I will have to fix them on my own after I research how to get gel off.I dont think I will return.

I shouldnt have paid just left and this is the absolute worst pedicure Ive ever received. Had to select a star but they deserve zero I took pics if you are curious on the results...

Went today with a friend for pedicures and she got a manicure as well. I had gel polish on toes already. Was left to sit in water until cold. Gel wasnt soaked off in that time which there was plenty of time for as I waited. Gel was then drimmeled off of toes instead of soaked. My friends toes were done by someone that had absolutely no clue what he was doing and in retrospect probably not licensed judging by his lack of know how. Feet were not scubbed or grated well for either of us. They then unplugged my massaged chair in order to plug in UV light. She saw a total of 3 different technicians during the process. At the end I got a gel pedicure ($45) and she got gel pedicure and gel manicure (total $65????🙄). Not great yall......

Ive been there twice now. It is so great. Theyre all super friendly, and I dont get that judgemental vibe that a lot of nail salons have. Also, my nails look fantastic!! I will go there as long as Im living in the Knoxville/Farragut area. (:

So, today after work I decided to go get my nails done for the wedding. I called ahead and was told yea, come on in. I was going to get a manicure and pedicure. I signed in, waited for about 20 min, went to the bathroom and came back to my seat. Two ladies that came in after me got sat down first, after that, I was put at a pedicure chair. I sat there for over 30 minutes without anyone coming over, or even asking me if I needed a drink. Finally a lady came over and started on my pedicure. I had to try to explain to her a simple design that I wanted at least three times. I even showed a picture. After she painted my nails, she then had another girl come over to have me explain it to her. She said yes i will do your nails. Then she walked away. After that, the woman got another girl to come over and do them. I explained it to her and she said ok. Then she walked away. Now, a the third girl came over and i had to explained and show her the picture. She was about to start, but noticed that the first lady put on nail polish that was so old (because the woman had to put something in it to keep it from clumping up) that it needed to come off. So the girl removed it and started again with a new color. She then asked me another time what design I wanted. I was so upset I said just forget it. It was almost 7:30 when I finally said I have to go. I spent almost 2hrs in there and still didnt get my toes painted right. I will say that they were busy, but Ive seen them get other people drinks and their nails done with no problem. I do not recommend going to Jazzy nail bar.

This place is very nice and for the most part clean, however i tried the new dip nail aka SNS, and after only a few days all my nails were lifting, and within a week one popped off and i was able to pop off the rest. I also got a pedicure and same thing, all of my toenail polish has chipped. I will not be going back there.

I came here for my 6pm appt. I was told it would be a 20 minute wait. I literally waited over 40mins. I think that is so wrong to do that to your customer. I literally waited around in the area because I got off of work at 5 so this was an almost 2 hr. Inconvenience for me. Not right. Please respect people’s time.

Poor service. I walked in without an appointment on a Sunday afternoon. There was no receptionist, and when I walked in, the nearest employee glanced at me, said nothing, and then went back to work. I signed in at the desk and took my seat. 20 minutes later, after 3-4 other women have also joined the queue without appointments, an employee walks over to us, asks the other women what theyd like done and escorts them over to get their manicures done. She doesnt acknowledge me or ask what I was there for, even though I was sitting right next to them and had arrived first. I ended up walking out feeling like Id been slighted. They should learn some customer service skills and how to handle a busy Sunday afternoon with a little more grace. I wont be back.

I have been getting SNS nails (dip powder) for over a year now at a different salon but tried this place out after school one day because it was closer and they are awful. I have never had so many issues. I’ve only had them for a week and 5 of my nails are already chipped and/or broken. I’m highly disappointed. I’ve never done a google review before, but decided I would try and save y’all the time and money.

I have been going here about 5 months. I like the cleanliness and relaxing atmosphere....HOWEVER, I like appointments because my time is tight and appointments mean nothing there. I wait at least 15 minutes EVERY SINGLE TIME! Most of the time it is 20-30minutes...yesterday 45 minutes. It is frustrating and disrespectful. I will not return.

Disgraceful, shameful, perverted employees. Two Spanish speaking employees spoke of my wife in a false, degrading manner as one worked on her nails while speaking with said co-worker. Little did they know my wife’s first language is Spanish. My wife was brought to tears. Truly disturbing. The owner needs to take a serious look at their hiring processes. We will spread the word to avoid this disturbing location at all costs.

Normally I receive excellent service but today was the worst. I arrived an hour ago as a walk-in with only one person waiting before me. I spoke with a lady to say I was there for a mani and I signed in. During the hour wait, 6 others came in and received service. I should not be ignored and refuse. When visiting, dont expect service!!!!!

Im very disappointed.I had the dip polish,I asked her to file my nails half the length to have nothing left.$35 .wasted!!!... Problem resolved they offered to redo my nails.Had a pedicure while I waited,my choice and that was the best pedicure I ever had.Thank You Mi Mi... FABULOUS JOB!!!!!!!
