Dr. Eaton is an amazing and skilled physician. Throughout my two pregnancies, Dr. Eaton provided attentive, proactive, compassionate and skilled care in order to ensure for the health of my children as well as my own well-being. Dr. Eaton remained patient despite my ongoing worries and answered each of my questions (a great feat). When concerns presented, Dr. Eaton promptly addressed while reassuring me all would be well. It was amazing to feel cared for in a compassionate manner during a very vulnerable yet incredible time, pregnancy. I was always confident in her judgment and collected/calm manner. Regarding appointments, the staff ensured for timely check-ups and I was always made to feel like a priority by Dr. Eaton. In part, thanks to Dr. Eaton, I have two beautiful, healthy little ones (14 months apart). I feel lucky to continue as her patient.

I love Dr. Morgan! She is great, extremely friendly, and makes me feel really comfortable. Sherry in the office is also, really friendly and helpful. Everyone at the office is great and kind, I highly recommend them.

I see Dr. Murphy and this review DOES NOT reflect her. She is amazing!! But this review is for the people making appointments. They are very, very rude on the phone and I’ve also tried to make an appointment for 2 days and they keep telling me that a nurse will call me back and they never have. Also, I’m a hairstylist and don’t have time while I’m at work to be on hold for 30+ minutes waiting for someone to take my call. I understand they may be busy but it’s just very frustrating when I’ve called 5-6 different times the past 2 days to make a simple appointment that I have to have done next week (I have to have it done next week because that is Dr. Murphy’s orders for the tests we are running). I’m just very frustrated and do not know what to do when no one will call me back/make me a simple appointment. The only thing keeping me from switching to a different OB/GYN office is Dr. Murphy bc like I said, she is great and this review DOES NOT reflect her!

I love Dr. Eaton!! She is one of the most caring doctors I have met. I never feel rushed with her. Having exams done with an OBGYN can be uncomfortable, but Dr. Eaton is really good at making you feel comfortable. I really cant say enough wonderful things about her.

She is a humble lady. She shows special interest in me and my family. She communicates well in person or by phone with answers.

This dr. Kept me waiting a full hour after my appointment time before I ever spoke to a dr. And i was 30min early. Just to be told they couldnt do exam that i needed to see if treatment she recommended was even necessary.

Such a wonderful doctor who takes a special interest. I have never felt rushed or like she didnt have time for my questions.

I would give her a 100 if I could, she is holistic minded, caring and very educated. Update Dr.Eaton has moved to:University Womens Specialists.

My wife is seeing Dr. Eaton. She is 4.5 months pregnant. I am in California and my wife is in TN. My wife has experienced bleeding the past two days, and has spoken with the nurse at Dr. Eaton. In an attempt to find out what is going on with my wife (who has broken english), I contacted the Womens Care Group at 2:45 EST on 8/18/16. I was assured that a nurse for Dr. Eaton would contact me prior to close of business that same day (today). I had not received a call by 4:50 PM so I called the office number. As opposed to a person answering the phone, I received the message that they were closed for the day and business hours were 8-5. Obviously, I guess they leave early at Dr. Eatons office.So here I am, on the opposite side of the country with a pregnant wife who speaks broken English and a doctor that has a careless and lazy staff.This doctor is pathetic, careless, thoughtless, lazy, and totally inept. I look forward to my immediate return trip to Knoxville so I can speak with her in person.Avoid this so called MD at all costs!!!!

I absolutely love Dr. Eaton. She takes time with each patient and makes sure you understand everything before you leave her office.

Very personable, efficient, and on schedule.
