Lindsay and Sarah are amazing!!!! They make going to the Doctor an enjoyable experience. I hate going to the doctor but i was having some issues and they took care of me and i fell like they honestly genuinely care about my well being. I will never see anybody else but them period. Lindsay needs to be scheduled more days at the dowel springs location. Its to hard to book an appointment just having two days to choose from. So thankful for all they do. They are true professionals.

The whole family goes to this practice and I can definitely recommend them. Dr. Ryan Unger and Lindsay Samarin are fantastic medical professionals and take their time with you during their appointments. They have great bedside manner and we couldn’t be happier!

Meg and her nurses are professional and knowledgeable, but also friendly and caring. Meg provides patient-centered care. I have never felt rushed through my appointment and feel like she takes time to address all of my health concerns and to go over and explain all my health issues, test results, and treatment options. I am very grateful to have found these wonderful people for my healthcare.

Wish I could give zero stars. During my appointment on the morning of March 7th I was told that they were going to make a dermatologist appointment for me to get me some help with psoriasis that I had developed. I had been suffering with extreme itching and had been using some topical cream for it. The nurse practitioner that I saw said that I should discontinue the cream for a while because it builds up in my system. The rest of the day Thursday and all day Friday went by and I heard nothing about the appointment. After the weekend I gave them through Monday and still heard nothing. I left a message late morning on Tuesday and by Tuesday afternoon I heard back from someone named Sarah who left me a message indicating that they are really busy and can “only do one at a time.” She indicated during that message that she had faxed the dermatology office. I gave them the rest of the week and the weekend (1 ½ weeks from original appointment). On Monday March 18, 2019 I called to find out what was going on with the appointment. I actually got the same Sarah who had left me the message. She indicated that she had faxed them on the 12th and seemed prepared to hang up. I asked her if I was just supposed to sit here and continue suffering or should I make my own appointment and perhaps find a new doctor as well. That seemed to slow her down a bit…she put me on hold and called the dermatology office and got my appointment set up for later this week. I asked for a manager to register a complaint and was put on hold. Eventually someone named Janie came on the line and explained to me that they are “doing the best they can and are in the process of trying to hire someone to do these referrals.” She further explained that had my problem had been more serious that they surely would have gotten me an appointment sooner. WHAT!!!!!???? I explained that I am experiencing severe itching and am just miserable. I told her that I was completely able to get my own appointment for a dermatologist but was letting them do it because they SAID THEY WOULD! But in spite of saying they would…they didn’t! Their website indicates that, “Patient Satisfaction is Our #1 Priority.” If Sarah could make the appointment in a couple of minutes while I was on hold…then why could she not make it in a couple of minutes a week and a half ago on the day of my original appointment!? Unfortunately, by their own actions, they aren’t patient centered and seem to not give you (or your needs) much of a thought after you leave the examination room. If you are looking for a compassionate medical provider, you should look elsewhere.

Yes I would recommend Dr. Bowlin. 4 stars instead of 5 because the wait in the lobby was 1 hour. The doctor was thorough and answered all my questions.
