Made an appointment today which they happened to have an opening for tomorrow; only to receive a text later they are canceling it and I will be contact in the next two weeks to reschedule. Nope, don’t want any part of a business that conducts itself as such. I gave an extra star because they might do good work but we will never know.

We are lucky the young receptionist woman at the front was there to correct the older receptionists mistakes. We almost paid someone else’s bill and even after asking if that was the correct bill she assured us it was until the younger receptionist told her she was on the wrong persons bill. Make sure you double check that it’s yours because we would of paid a lot more.

Thank you for being patient with me and understanding. Dr. Gordon listened first then proceeded only after he made sure I was calm and ready.

Have been going here for years. Dr. Goodman and Dr. Davis are the best, however the staff who handle the billing and appointments needs a major additude adjustment. They use to have to most nice and helpful staff but it has slowly been going down hill. No one ever knows whats going on, no one ever seems to want to help you, no one ever acutely updates your new insurance even when you tell them Its new. Absolutely ridiculous. If it wasnt for Dr. Goodman and Dr. Davis I would be going with a different dental group.

We like that they are open on Saturdays and we have been going here for the past few years for periodic cleaning and filling cavities.They fill up fast so we try to schedule ahead on each visit.This time they cancel a few days before our appointment saying they are understaffed. OK, when can you see us then? They say not sure.This is not the first time they cancelled our appointments at the last minute. One time we had to reschedule a few times and our cleaning was delayed a few months each time.We are fed up with them cancelling on us and I advise you to stay away too.

Very professional. I was very happy with Dr Gordon.I was changing dentists because my current one would not bill my well known insurance. The reason being I purchased it privately.There was no issue here.

Love Dr Gordon. He has been my dentist for 40 years. Only problem I have since he went in with Knoxville Dental is their website says they are open on Saturday and Monday. Well I called Saturday and Monday only to be told that they Do not work Saturday and Monday. Please update your website to reflect the correct dates and times for the Tazewell Office and all locations because in a emergency situation like I am having does not help me at all. So this is the reason for a 3 Star. Dr. Gordon and his staff gets a 5 Star!

I had a wonderful first experience here. Staff was friendly and efficient. I will absolutely be back in the future!
