My sister got her wisdom teeth taken out. And Dr.Evans was really well. He was super nice. My sister literally asked for a pinky promise and he did it. When I have to take my wisdom teeth out I’m going to him.

Dr. Brock Evans did an amazing job with my extraction. He is very kind, Professional, and immediately puts you at ease by explaining every step of the process. Everyone at the front desk makes you feel welcome and genuinely shows care and concern. I would not hesitate to recommend this office to my friends and family.

The staff was great. They made the visit easy and comfortable. The surgery I had to remove a broken tooth went without any issues. They mad me comfortable and explained the whole process. I would highly recommend them.

Wow! This office and staff is pleasant, extremely efficient and does a great job with their patients. I expected to be there most of the early afternoon but we were all done and headed home by 12:30PM from a 10:30 extraction of 4 teeth.

I am very scared of the dentist. I had to be put to sleep to have a tooth pulled. I have had this done 4 times at this office. Every time has been a 5 star experience. The front desk Lady, Jennifer is always very pleasant. Ive had 2 surgeons and each one was friendly and reassuring. I highly recommend ETOMS.

Dr. Widloski was great! Removed 4 teeth for my husband last Monday. He has been back because hes still in pain and saw Dr. Trondson. He gave him an antibiotic and ibuprofen. Today we went back because my husband is still hurting and there was exposed bone, so Dr. Trondson clipped the bone, which made my husband hurt more. My Husband is terrified of dentists, so this experience has not helped him. The office staff are amazing.

My wife went here and was treated lovingly and compassionately by Dr. Evans and the entire staff. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of the services they offer. We cant stress enough how wonderful this entire office is.

Top notch care for wisdom teeth extraction. super kind, understanding and very patient nurses and doctors. Made me feel comfortable and cared for.

Waited 40 minutes to be seen, for the doctor to look in my daughters mouth, move it side to side and determine it was TMJ (which we knew) and then tell her they will have to check with her insurance about getting a retainer for her and then schedule another appointment. That was all. Then we left. Had to pay $400 upfront, they would not except partial payment either, it was all or nothing! Because they are specialist and deductible had not been met! RIDICULOUS! Saw the doctor for 5 minutes only and NOTHING was accomplished except his $400 dollars. TERRIBLE PLACE OF BUSINESS! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND! They do not care about their patients.

I was referred here by my regular dentist Tiffanie Evans from Evans family dentistry to get all four wisdom teeth removed and it was nothing less than an amazing experience: I signed in went to pre op and had a mini consult then went back to my room, the staff and Brock Evans the surgeon were wonderful, professional and very kind. Didnt remember a thing! Hopefully will be able to eat something other than soup and mashed potatoes maybe next week! Thanks Dr.Evans

I had an excellent oral surgeon. All of the staff was very nice. I waited less than 10 minutes to be called back. My procedure went well. Would gladly use East Tennessee Oral and Maxillofacial in the future.

All around great place! My 6 yr old had some extractions done here yesterday and they made is so comfortable for him and me! Dr Evans is who did the surgery, he is awesome! The staff are so welcoming and friendly and make you feel so at ease. My son needed some antibiotics before the surgery because he developed an abscess and jennifer went above and beyond to make sure he didnt go all weekend with any medication! If you need work done for yourself or a loved one I HIGHLY suggest East Tennessee oral and maxillofacial!!!! If I could rate 10 stars I would!!!

I had an emergency situation arrise with a tooth that escalated into an infection very quickly. I was in serious pain and needed to be seen asap. I was able to get an appointment the same day and had surgery that afternoon due to the severity of my situation I was so thankful for the relief as the pain was unmanageable. I will never forget their kindness and urgency to my situation.

I could not have asked for a better doctor then Dr Troy Trondson. I had to have major oral surgery done and had never experienced anything like it in the past. He made me feel at ease from the first time that I walked in the door he was even telling jokes and he made me feel comfortable which is more than I can say for any dentist Ive ever been at. He is gentle and did not hurt me at all and made sure that I was comfortable during the entire procedure. I cannot speak highly enough about this group of wonderful people that they have working for ETOMS. If I ever need anything in the future I will definitely go back to them and I would highly recommend them to any one of my friends or family. I was referred here by my Dentist. I was greeted kindly by staff. Beautiful waiting area with Fireplace and TV. I paid upfront Cash for my oral surgery. Dr. Widloski is a great oral surgeon. Took about 30 seconds to do the extraction. So far, I have had no problem. Would recommend this place for your dental care. A+!

I was in sevier pain for 3 days and within minutes Dr. Widlowski examined me, numbed my jaw and extracted my molar. For some reason Im getting text messages from all 4 dental sites. I had my extraction at the one on Tazewell Pike. This is a great group. They made me feel at ease. Wonderful DDS/MD and great staff. Very helpful and procedure had very minimal discomfort.

I was very impressed with all the staff. Dr.Evans was very professional and explained what procedures I would need to have. I had several teeth extractions and was very comfortable when I left and only had a few days of gum soreness.

It was a great visit. From the front desk was pleasant and helpful. The nurse in the back explained everything before it happened, meaning pulling 2 wisdom teeth. The doctor maid me very comfortable and painless, surgery went very fast, A ratting.

Was referred to this location by our family dentist. Waiting in the parking lot I am very upset to see people coming and going out of this facility with no masks. It is disturbing that a surgery center would not require people to wear masks. There are signs but administration is not enforcing it.

My first visit ever to East Tennessee oral surgery was great. They were all such amazing people.

Front desk staff was kind and very helpful. But the nurse and the Surgeon, Brock Evans, left much to be desired. The nurse, who was present at my surgery, had no bedside manner to speak of. The surgeon overlooked a piece of surgical thread with a knot in it wedged behind my gum and the surgical site, causing me excruciating pain for days. When i came back to see him, he never noticed it but said I develped a dry socket from smoking which I accepted and went home, days later I find this surgical thread with a knot in it. I called the office and there were no records nor notes even of stitches nor was I notified of any. As soon as I removed the thread wedged between the gum my pain enormously subsided. I was not satisfied with my treatment the day of surgery nor thereafter. However the front desk staff was always helpful, kind, and informative and the only reason there are 2 stars given. I wont be using this dentist again.

We went to the location on Tazewell Pike.My daughter (12yrs) needed her last 5 baby teeth removed to help with her braces, she also has low spectrum autism and Dr.Evans was awesome enough to let me stay back in the room until they were to get her nice & loopy and ready to sleep and gave her a blanket to snuggle up with.Dr.Evans even loved her shirt that she wore today that said “I got out of bed for this” lolMy daughter asked as she was laughing and let out a snort what happens if I have a weird dream, lol we both told her that’s ok.I also forgot my work excuse for today and I believe that they are going to be able to email it to me bs driving back across town go her, which wld help, but if they can’t for sure, still no problem.Thanks again for be understanding with my daughter with her anxiety and worries just even with her original consul! You guys are great

Today was the first visit with Dr. Trondsin, (Sp) and he was fantastically great at discussing what was needed for my aged-out of her general dental facility with Dr. Townsend’s group. He also seemed very patient and kind and i was truly put at ease with what was needed for my teenager! I would suggest this facility as a wonderful option for anyone’s maxiofacial needs!!! GREAT STAFF TOO!!!

Amazing Dental staff,fast and friendly.

Widloski had terrible bed side manner. My daughter needed follow up care for infection after wisdom teeth removal. It was an awful experience. He gave numbing shot without any topical numbing. The entire procedure was very rushed and rough with no communication of even what he was going to do before he started procedure. Very very difficult appointment for her and me. I do not recommend!

Dr Trondson left a LOT of pieces of bone. Could not wear dentures. Had Dr Widlowski redo my gums...they are great thanks...

The staff is friendly and the doctor is professional but the wait time is always horrible. It takes way too long to get seen and though I know there is a sign that States appointment times are not concrete a 90 minute wait time is excessive. I understand things come up but its every time am waiting 45-60 minutes to be seen.

Dr.Widloski , was very rude and degrading towards me! I have never felt like a second class citizen until today.I wouldnt recommend him to a dog.

I had cancelled my appt 2 mins before calling her back bc information was wrong on my end and still lost my spot. I explained my work hours and she didnt seem to care about that either.
