Felt like a queen from the moment I walked in. Absolutely lovely. Mandy and Tracy were professional and funny and kind, really made me feel like they were glad I was there.

I did the hot rock massage and it was the best massage of my life. It was an hour of pure heaven. I was so relaxed afterwards. What a great experience! They have a cute little shop there too.

This place is AMAZING!!!!! Prompt friendly service. Every effort was made to make me feel like a queen. The staff is so attentive. I was so relaxed and pampered. Their spa is top of the line. Im already planning my next adventure at Spa 9700. I am very picky, very critical and I have very high expectations when I spend my time and money. I found nothing wrong with this facility. I cant say enough wonderful things about the spa, the service and the staff. TOP OF THE LINE CARE

Paid 75$ for nothing.. I went in for a body exfoliation treatment. The lady applied scrub never rubbed it in or scrubbed at all. I said is that all you do for 75$? She said yep she told me to get in the shower and really scrub, then we apply lotion..she said well maybe I can do a light message I didnt want to get a message ,I wanted a body scrub treatment.When I went to the front I was asked how the treatment was and I said NOT good, was not happy with what I got and and she didnt scrub at all, she replied oh im sure she did you will probably notice it tomorrowI said no I wontShe did not seem to care at all and said that will be 75$ please! Wow I will NEVER go back there again..I want my money back, how can I do that?

Called three days before to make an appointment for an inch loss wrap, the morning of an event I had to attend and when I arrived they were disorganized and did not have an appointment for me in the system and began making excuses. Then, she tried to give me a later appointment but had no knowledge of how long it would take me or what all they involved. I drove 45 minutes for a good spa thats been open for 12 years. Terrible service.

I received a 1/2 spa day as a gift and it was an excellent experience!!! The facility and staff are all very professional. All were great and the staff was so friendly! Tracy (massage), Desarea (facial), and Lexi (mani/pedi) were all so great to work with! I highly recommend booking a service with any of the three! I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated!

Desarea is amazing! I have rosacea and she was able to make 90% of my redness go away after one rosacea facial! I also got my face dermaplaned by her and my skin was sooooo smooth and my makeup applies so smoothly now!

I came in today for the Bermuda day trip spa package for the first time. I’ve been here numerous times in the past for massages and once for a mani pedi and have always had really good experiences. The ladies are super nice. I had a great experience today as well, however there’s only one thing I would deduct a star for. For my pedicure I was sitting in this booth-type thing that I was way too tall for. I remember going into a smaller room with a comfy chair the last time I was there, so not sure why it was different this time but this booth was extremely uncomfortable for someone who is tall, you have to sit with your back straight up against the wall and legs bent in front of you, which was the most uncomfortable part of the whole thing because I felt cramped like I had no room and I’m pretty sure I squirmed the whole time trying to get comfortable. Otherwise, I had a great day there today and will definitely be back in the future- just maybe not for a pedicure 😊

Terrible service.I called and made an appointment three days prior and when I arrived the receptionist didnt have me in the system and I was told to wait an hour.The receptionist was not even aware of the services they provided.
