I happened by this business and so glad I did! Beautiful indoors, calm and they make SURE it’s as pleasant as possible. Very relaxing. I want to go again ASAP. Great staff. Very clean. Worth the $!

I absolutely love visiting Wake for a girls night out or a date night! It’s always such a nice treat and a relaxing experience for everyone. Lisa is fantastic and is always very professional and does a wonderful job. I highly recommend wake to anyone I know!

Very nice, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Luckily there was a cancelation so we could experience this. The front end person was good natured and kind. The massage therapist was also good natured and very soothing making the experience memorable for us both. Definitely will do this again the next time we visit the area

My experience at Wake was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked in the door we were met with excellent service which was maintained throughout the visit. The facility was clean, and they followed COVID-19 protocols. As for the soak and massage, the chairs were very comfortable, the soak itself was the perfect temperature which was offered to be reheated if desired in the middle of our visit. Our massage therapist was friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed the lower arm and hand massage while my mother enjoyed the head, neck, and shoulder massage. Overall it was a totally peaceful and relaxing experience and we left knowing we would definitely come back.

Relaxing and fun! I went to Wake with some some family members for my birthday and it was amazing! The foot soaks are so relaxing. I liked that we were all able to sit together and soak. I just wish we were able to have added on some massages but will know for next time that they need more time.

This was a perfect destination for a mother daughter night out. The service was wonderful. My daughter Audrey loved her xoxo foot bath/ massage. We got hot coco and cookies while listening to calming music and the rose petals in our baths. Christina was great along with other staff members such as Alex. Five stars .

Absolutely the best experience I have had at a spa. The ambience was incredible and my masseuse had great pressure. The soaking/essential oils felt great and well worth the price. Definitely coming back!

If you have some extra money to spend, I highly recommend this place. It was a bit pricey for what it was, but Id do it again in a heartbeat. My husband and I went for our anniversary wknd staycation, and he was ready to schedule our next visit before we left. I scheduled last minute and all they had was a 20min massage, but it was a whole experience and we were there for about an hour. I had to cancel our dinner reservation because I didnt realize how much time wed spend here. Looking forward to scheduling the Date Night for our next celebration! Tip: when they ask if you want your water reheated, GET the extra hot water!

I booked a couples date night appt. Staff is fantastic. Only thing I can recommend to make this better would be for the couples date night sessions is to have 2 techs working, 1 for each person. Otherwise it was a fantastic experience but I would not choose the date night session again unless there was 2 techs available for us. The massage portion of the service and our tech was fabulous!I would not recommend just the foot soak for kids. This is not a pedicure. There is mostly quiet time and children would be bored.I DO recommend their services to adults and purchased gift cards for family and friends.

Service is good but I didnt like the fact that they ask for your credit card number in order to reserve the appointment when in fact it was to charge the text message reminders they send.

My friend and I had an appointment at Wake over the weekend. I was blown away at the level of attentiveness. The foot soak was so relaxing and the massage was the perfect add on. Were already planning our next visit!

Amazing time with the girls. The massage therapists were awesome at pinpointing tense areas and the foot soak was heavenly. The communication from the staff about every step was comforting. We can’t wait to return!!

My friends and I went to Wake Foot Sanctuary to celebrate our birthdays. It was AWESOME! A lovely relaxing atmosphere. The foot soaks are beyond words amazing and we added massages and they too were amazing! I will definitely be back as will all of my friends.

Relaxing peaceful and wonderful calming customer service

Recently, I had the opportunity to try out the January special, “Smoky Mountain Memories” package. It was absolutely amazing!! After a very busy holiday season, I kept putting the pampering off but I am stoked I got to indulge with this package. It was a great way for me to “come back home”. All the aromas from the oils from the soak were well-coordinated and the massage by Rebekah was ultra-relaxing. She was highly attentive at each step of the soak. I can’t wait to get back in a few weeks!

Wonderful experience with my sisters at Wake! After shopping Market Square, we indulged in a relaxing foot soaking and added the foot/leg massage. Wow! Nicest thing I done for myself in a long time. And little sis loved her pampering birthday treat!

We went to Wake when it was brand new. I dont believe any of us in our party had been to anything like this before. It was LOVELY. Everything from the choice of soaks to the music to the ambiance was expertly planned and provided. I felt refreshed and fabulous when it was over. Highly recommend!

I loved the whole experience, especially how you and you friends could be in your own area, separate from everyone else (they have ways of dividing the space to accommodate larger and smaller groups). Unlike getting a pedicure, you are facing your friends and its very easy to chat while relaxing. The tea is a wonderful addition to the experience. We had Pace as our therapist and she was great!

If you are in Knoxville, this is a must experience. As soon as you walk in you feel relaxed. Get the soak and the massage. Lisa was my masseuse and she was amazing, I have had a long time foot injury, and thanks to her my foot hasnt hurt in two days. I wish my town had a Wake, I would be a regular customer. Oh and make sure you try the cookies.

If I had to pick one word to describe this place it would be NIRVANA. We celebrated a friends 40th birthday at Wake Knoxville this past Saturday it was more than a 5 star experience. The staff is knowledgeable, warm, and friendly. The soaks and massages we received melted our problems away. The sanctuary is so incredibly relaxing we would have loved to stay all day! I don’t want to forget to mention the cute gifts and jewelry too. We will be coming back!

Visited Wake Foot Sanctuary earlier this week. Was impressed as soon as I walked into the door. The staff was professional and courteous and the tea service was an added plus. My feet still feel like silk! The clay soak is a must try!

My mother and I enjoyed a wonderful foot soak and massage while she was in town over the Thanksgiving weekend. We had been to the Wake in Asheville once before but we found this location to be much more comfortable and cozy. Cant wait to go back!
