First of all it was very unprofessional they would talk very loud across the room and they would stop to take phone call. Also when trying to take a phone call you would have to go outside because of the loud talking. The worst thing of all I had my 10 yr old child there and the we’re watching a Netflix show with s*xual content even after noticing we were here. Last , you can see the reference photos and I told the lady do exactly that and they give my child this. Will not be coming back EVER!

I had the most wonderful experience here. As a fellow African I enjoyed the Afro beats being played on the tv. My hair also looks amazing. It isn’t too tight. For the style that I chose, it took a surprisingly short amount of time. I will definitely be returning!

I have been getting my hair braided here for many years. I am the worst about sitting still for hours while getting my hair done, however, they are fast and professional! They take pride in their work and I would highly recommend!

Been going here for years , got recommended from a friend at school back in 2016 . Not too long ago I tired going somewhere else, just for a different experience. At the time , I think this location didn’t do twists and that’s what I wanted . Let’s just say I really do regret even trying because they did not match the service or quality that this location has . This time the owner actually did my hair and I’ve never been so impressed with box braids . Not too tight , not too lose. About two years ago , box braids at this location was only 200, this time i paid 240 (tip added). Yes, I was kinda shocked at the price , but I do appreciate that she told me what the price was going to be before she started working so we can figure out the length that I could afford..... But y’all my hair looks amazing!!! I see people on here complaining about the price but i mean YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR . Cheaper braids probably wouldn’t look as near as cute. Very much recommend! My hair was done two weeks ago and my braids started coming out 3 days after.... I called Touty to complain and she advised me there was nothing she could do.... horrible service and I would never recommend anyone to her shop.. its not worth the money.. Ipaid $180 for this hair style...

I usually pay $20 to get my 2 year old daughter hair braided. This time I paid $70 for the braids to start falling out as soon as we left.

DONT DO IT!!! Ive never had such a horrible braiding job like this. Even back in the day when I had some girl who only braided on the side in her living room to do my hair--she did a much better job than these professional hair braiders. I went to get Senegalese twists, and came out with what looked to be box braids with twists thrown in and ends that are inexplicable. The hair is obviously very cheap, and the quality of braiding is below subpar. I wasted $200 because I have to take it out because I am too embarrassed to walk around looking like this.
