I went in there and asked for a balayage. i even showed the lady(whose name is sandy) a picture of what i wanted. she apparently came up with em something else in her mind to do for me! i have black hair and all she did was put blonde highlights in it! and she didn’t even put enough toner in it so it looked green. went back the next day and got into an argument with sandy about my hair and they told me that they wouldnt change it or give me my money back, they said they would just die it back to my natural color again like how i originally had it. $200+ down the drain. i highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone who wants to get their hair done nicely or someone who wants good customer service because, you won’t get it here.

I had a bad experience with my hair color and Henderson was so kindly to fix it with NO EXTRA COST. He was very sweet and personable and gave me exactly what i was going for!!!

Let me just say that I am a difficult haircut and color and Ryan Andrews is hands down one of the best stylists I have ever been to in my life. She not only took the time to listen to my concerns as an asthmatic not wanting a lot of strong smelling products but did my highlights on my mid back length hair with expertise and precision. She did not rush, she provided knowledge on her expertise in how to care for my long hair, teaching me about wet brushes, and products. I was so pleased with this experience I can not say thank you enough to the staff, especially Ryan. I will definitely be going back and you should go see her!

I had a horrible experience getting highlights but Sandy corrected the horrible highlights and made my hair perfect. She is a genius. I couldnt be happier. She knows her stuff!!! Thank you Sandy...
