Got my eyebrows threaded and Haseena did a great job! I asked her to keep it thick and Im super happy with how they turned out. Not only that, but she got me in an out really quick. Highly recommend this place in Knoxville.

DO NOT GO TO LOCATION ON KINGSTON PIKE. I was seated and Rozy did not even ask what I wanted for my eyebrows. She was not gentle at all and was very aggressive. After she finished my eyebrows, I asked for them to be thinner and she got an attitude when I asked to make adjustments. I asked her to take off some from the bottom of my brows and she started taking them off from the top instead. When I asked what she was doing, she said something along the lines of let me do my job. Extremely rude, no patience whatsoever, and should not be working in a customer service job. Take your money elsewhere.

I will definitely be coming back. Prices are very reasonable, and my brows really did look perfect, although since it was my first experience with needling, it HURT.

I am a graduate student who lives one hour away from Knoxville. I have been getting my brows threaded for years by different people. Since I’ve only had wonderful experiences with Hamida on Broadway, I decided to schedule with Rozy on Kingston because it was in the same area as other errands I needed to run. I made an appointment and showed up on time, and Rozy asked me to take a seat till it was my turn, which I gladly did. When it was my turn, she threaded my eyebrows so aggressively (it was my most painful threading experience I’ve had in 9 years). I could feel her ripping out 5+ hairs at a time and it didn’t seem like she was paying any attention to detail during my appointment. At the end when she gave me a mirror to look at my brows, they were very uneven. I politely asked her to fix them and she obliged very begrudgingly. I would not recommend Rozy to anyone looking to get their eyebrows threaded.

This is a very long review, but please, it’s worth your time to read it! Please do NOT go to rozy at this perfect brows location. I am a graduate student who frequently goes to perfect brows at the Broadway location. I drove an hour to Knoxville to get groomed along with my 2 friends as we had multiple events coming up, one of which included our white coat ceremony. I called them 2 weeks in advance and made an appointment for us for which I showed up on time. We walked in & let her know that all 3 of us were there for our appointments. She asked us to wait for a few minutes (which we had no problem with) while she tended to another customer who was already there. I was the first one out of us in the chair. She didn’t ask me how I wanted my brows done, but let me know that though we have appointments if there are walk-ins she still needs to take the walk-ins first. And that we need to wait our turn. I apologized and let her know that I wasn’t aware of that & next time I would also walk in. She finished with my brows and upper lip very aggressively. When I asked her to fix a few things, she did the opposite of what I asked. For example, if I asked her to thread the bottom of my brow, she did the top. She kept asking me “what do you want to do next?” & did the opposite of what I asked. She continued to make my brows uneven. I asked for her opinion, because I’ve had my brows done once by her before when they came out perfect, & she replied with “it’s your choice, you didn’t like how I did them the first time, so you tell me what to do.” She said this with the full intention of proving a point, of doing everything the opposite. At this point, my brows were completely ruined, my shape that I was growing out for months was gone & nothing could be fixed. She said “I’ll still take the money because I did everything you asked.” I let her know that ofcourse I will pay her, I just wanted my brows to look good for my multiple events (one of which was my birthday the next day). She didn’t bother to fix anything and I was in tears at the way she treated me. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, & disrespectful. Had she asked us to wait till she was done with her customers, we would have done so graciously. We were not rude to her at all & I did not mind waiting because I care a lot about my brows. She did not have to ruin my brows because she felt rushed. I would have happily waited. My friends who got threaded after me also got similar experiences. In order to get them fixed, I called hamida at the Broadway location. She told me to come in and I got my brows fixed. Please do NOT go to rozy unless you want to leave the store in tears (also very rare of me to cry). Go to Hamida at the Broadway location, not only is she a kind, considerate & patient person, she actually listens to you regarding your own brows. So thankful for her and grateful to her for fixing my brows before my birthday, a gala I had to attend, and my white coat ceremony.

Just wow!! the staff are so nice, i’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for a few years now and never have i been more happy with the results i received here, most definitely will always be my go-to now!! Also, i tried the tinting for the very first time ever here and in LOVE with the results!

Love getting my brows done here! I get the threading service followed by tinting. I have blonde hair and this is the only place that has tinted my brows and I actually love how it looks afterwards. Normally at other places the tinting either looks unnatural or it’s so light you can’t tell a difference. She truly does give you perfect brows!

This is my favorite threading salon in Knoxville. The ladies are very professional and their work is phenomenal and not to mention the prices are affordable. The environment is great and very clean. The last time I visited I decided to try the tinting. I was hesitant at first because I have pale skin however the light brown tinting looks very natural. I highly recommend this salon! Please do NOT go to the location on Kingston. My friends and I drove an hour from where we go to grad school to get our eyebrows done for events coming up and Rozy messed up all of our eyebrows. She didn’t ask us what we wanted or listen to us when we asked her to fix a part of our eyebrow. She even threaded our eyebrows every aggressively.

I would give zero stars if I could. Will never go back. I grew my brows thicker over a year. I needed a cleanup, and expressed that I liked them the way they were thick - just needed a cleanup. The threader acknowledged and said she would start small then we could go from there. After she handed me the mirror for the first time, I saw how she devastatingly skinnied them. It was AWFUL. I cried at the salon and am still so furious. The threader NEVER apologized and just said she did nothing more than just clean up. There is a HUGE difference in wanting my brows thick and cleaned up to how she messed them up. They still made me pay. I would not advise anyone to this place as they take zero direction. It’s going to take another YEAR to get my brows back to where I want them.

I was concerned being it was my first time. My sister recommended this place to me. I walked into the building with created kindly. I was trying to ask questions and was promptly told to sit down in the chair and before I knew it it was happening. You dont get a whole lot of time to think about it or talk about it. She was very friendly and quick. Less than 10 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I left. Other than a little explanation of what to expect it was a good experience. I would go there again. Oh and theres a Groupon for it too if you like.

Wow. First time threading and Ill never go back to waxing. Neater, less pain, lasts longer, more detailed. These women were pros, it was not their first day on the job. This is my new go to. Its not fancy, its a no frills, get the job done kinda place. And the work was fantastic.

This was really painful but it was my first time. The lady that did my brows was so so nice. Even though it was painful I do intend on returning in a few weeks to have them done again. I believe that this was so much better than waxing because the hair is growing back much much slower in the eyebrows look so much more nicer. The lady was really skilled in shaping my brows which is hard to find.

Love it here! I got this Groupon deal for 2 eyebrow threading visits for $10 only; there was also a deal for 4 visits for $19...which I believe is actually still available for purchase. I think its a great deal and buy especially when youre basically paying for 1 visit, but get 2. I bought a Groupon for 4 eyebrow threading sessions. My first experience was great and I liked the results. She cleaned up the area and shaped the top, but left the part that I had been growing out. Just went back last night to redeem the 2nd session and I’m so disappointed! I thought it would be similar to the first time, although she did seem a bit rushed because there were other customers waiting. Instead, without asking, she thinned out my eyebrows and shaped them to her desire. She took off more than half of the hair on my left eyebrow, which is uneven from the right!! I didn’t look in the mirror after she finished because I just assumed it would be a similar result. Joke’s on me, not that I could’ve said anything to her to bring my eyebrow hair back. I will not be back to redeem the other two sessions. I originally wasn’t going to post anything because they seem like nice people and thought it was just a fluke (hence the two stars) but after reading the other reviews, be wary if you go here.

In all my years getting my eyebrows threaded I’ve never had someone screw up my eyebrows like she did. They turned out uneven and way too thin. She did one side first then the second side she did was so much thinner than the first one she had already done. It’s ridiculous. DO NOT come here if you value your eyebrows.

Asked her to just clean up the stray hairs around my brows. Didn’t want them shaped or thinner. She shaped and thinned them out so much and they’re so uneven. They look awful. It took me so long to get them grown out to how i like them. Pretty sure it was The owner too. Save your money.

The last two times I have gone I ask the brow tech not to make my eyebrows thin. We my eyebrows are currently very thin and miss snapped. I’m not happy with the brow service

Iam new in this town and chose this place as the name displayed on google maps as Aditi (turned out she is the previous owner)beauty parlour and showed some good reviews.Ive been getting my eyebrows threaded for the last 20 years,but this was an experience by itself.There was only a young girl in the parlour with zero customers when I entered.The girl was polite and gracious,but the work matters. Never in my life I had eyelids/eyebrows swollen with 5 cuts after getting my eyebrows done.I never took Advil after my eyebrow job...but yeah there is always a 1st time!!!

Walked and was told to go to chair, nomsmall talk or conversations she proceeded to thread my eyebrows she gave me the mirror and I said u didnt take anything off, remind you my eyebrows are super thick it’s been about 4-6 weeks since my appointment with Huja, she then get upset and proceeds to thread again this time she took off the whole right end of the eyebrow and said after i asked, that there was no hair there. You got to be kidding me! I will never ever come back to this place!

My husband got me a Groupon for this place. Two eyebrow threadings for $11. Printed the Groupon as it said to do on website. Presented paper Groupon to employee as it says to do before service and they wont take it. She says she has to see in the app only. I dont have a Groupon account or the app. She said have my husband send me what they need to see. He sent a screenshot of the confirmation and the code she was asking to see. She still wouldnt accept it. I tried downloading the app to log in with his credentials so she could see it in person but Groupon doesnt allow to log out of Groupon on his phone and log in on mine. All the codes she wanted to see were printed on the paper and clearly on the screenshot from the app on my husbands phone. Waste of my time and turned a thoughtful gift from my husband into a nightmare.

I always end up with my eyebrows bleeding a bit, and I am really uncomfortable in their crooked chair but they do a good job, and are very nice. I get their groupons when I see them cuz its either little cuts from them or bright red marks from wax and I prefer the little cuts lol
