AWFUL! I really wanted to love this place but I didnt and heres why. First time there and needed color. They were double booked and had apparently confirmed both us for the same time so that was awkward to start. Natalie(the stylist I saw) is very nice and friendly. I thought it was going to be great because she asked so many questions. My only concern is covering my grays and it looking good. Well when I left that night I looked at my roots and the grays were still there. I waited a few days (6) and finally broke and called. I told Zack I was really uncomfortable having to even call back. I mean you just want your hair to look good.I asked Zack what I should do and he said come back in. Rosie got on the phone and said it would be another week before they could get me back in and that was the best they could. I think its crazy to have to wait a whole week to go back to the salon to fix a problem you should have fixed a week ago. So then I told her I would just buy a box and put it on myself and she said fine and hung up. I paid good money. Tipped well and expected the service to be worth. It was not. I guess Ill do root touchup and find another stylist.

Salon Bior is an excellent salon. The people that work there are wonderful and Ive gone back for years to get a great haircut.

Ive been Natalies client for about 2 years, and she always does a very careful, professional-looking cut and color. She is also fun to talk with, and affordably priced. When I moved out-of-state, she sent me tips to give my next stylist to acheive the color Natalie had been using on my hair. Great salon, friendly and relaxing atmosphere, and Natalie is a great stylist.
