Did a D.O.T physical here 6/12/20. I call almost a month later because I lost the paperwork. I was told by the person answering the phone that they cannot find my physical paperwork and I would need to pay another $69 to do over the test because DMV will not take a copy. Ok, I believed her. Was very upset because they were incompetent, lost my paperwork which are medical records which most be kept on record for at least 3-10 years. Anyhow, come the find out by DMV that they would have accepted the Copy of the Physical because it was less then a year. I call back the office multiple times to speak with the office manager regarding a refund but did not get him. Teresa took my information said she would have the office manager called me, I have yet to hear from him.

Horrible service, doctor gave my daughter a halfway physical. Internet wasnt working so i had to drive to Walgreens to get cash!

Very convenient. Cheap and has good prices if you dont have insurance. Be prepared to have your ear talked off, but the people are very nice. Office is very clean as well.

Got my DOT physical. $69 In and out in about 35 minutes total. No wait! Staff was very nice (reception, nurse, and doctor). No complaints at all. I will be coming back in the future. Thank you guys!

Excellent Dr!!!!! Been here a couple times. First time I had an appointment and only had to “wait” like 2 mins. The second time I didn’t had an appointment but only had to wait like 10 mins, which is pretty much nothing, considering that I was a walk-in and that in other dr’s office you have to wait hrs even with appointments!The staff is really nice and so is Dr. Maricelis Morales. They are also friendly and don’t make you feel like you are a “number”!!!

Bad experience.Called a few times and checked if can cone to do Dot exam.Driven 1 hour and wasn’t accepted because there is still 1 month until the old card expires.Went to other place and had no issues.Not professional

First visit was a great experience and thats Why I came back but this second time it was horrible they loose all my info and after spending 4 hours and only see a practice nurse I decide to leave, the 2 ladies at the desk I dont think they have any idea how to run the office neither have any customer services, it just a heads up to everyone.My first sight was very good and that was why I returned but this second time it was horrible since I was there for 4 hours with only two people in front of me and when they finally called me they had lost all my medical records I decided to leave after seeing the nurse and tell me she has to wait more because we dont know where she is, she had already lost 4 hours and they hoped that she would continue to lose time, the women who attend the reception from what I saw do not know anything about how to run an office or customer service, I change a lot, I hope my opinion will serve you.
