The location was easy to find. The staff was very friendly. The wait time was swift. Dr. Kinaan listened to my needs and offered a lot of helpful information.

Dr. Kinaan was very kind and understanding of my condition and the personal issues I have been going through. He had a plan based off what we discussed when he saw me in the hospital. The staff were also kind, professional, and efficient in their tasks. Best experience with an endocrinologist office by far.

Great experience! Very thorough doctor who took the time to explain in detail and consider all possibilities. I felt like the visit was not rushed at all and I would definitely recommend this practice. It is refreshing to find a GOOD doctor and Dr.Ntim definitely is fantastic.

I cant see Dr. Ntim they are always canceling my appointments. When I try to call back to make an appointment the phone system hangs up after 10 min. No one responds to refill requests from my pharmacy. They actually forgot I was in a room waiting to see the doctor and were surprised to see me waiting in the room when they came in to get a laptop from the room. Very long wait times. Rude staff. I am trying to get a refill on a perscription and still no response. I would NOT recommend this practice.

Scheduled a appointment because I hadn’t been in a few years. Asked prices over phone because I do not have insurance. I show up at Kissimmee office before my scheduled time and then they call me and tell me my appointment was supposed to be over the phone. How the hell can you feel someone’s lymph nodes and check thyroid over the phone. So I go to the receptionist and explain I was not told that I was supposed to be scheduled at this office and how I was even quoted for $100 for the visit and $150 if they do a ultrasound. Then she tells Me that it’s actually $170 office visit because I’m not considered a returning patient I’m considered a new patient and that if I want to be seen in the office it’s going to be a long wait with all this confusion and not telling me correct information I opted to cancel the appointment and go elsewhere.

(Dr. Ntim) Very good doctor, I had an excellent experience. The doctor was very knowledgeable, took plenty of time to hear my health history (as it is quite long and complicated), made sure to do all the appropriate testing, and then made sure to explain his opinion and recommendations thoroughly. Not many doctors take the time to explain to their patients, so this stood out to me and was much appreciated. As a bonus he has a sense of humor, I recommend this doctor.

I had an excellent experience. The Dr was able to explain to me any questions I had so that I was able to understand. He was very easy to talk to.

I was supposed to receive a phone call from this office on Friday to confirm my appointment for today 5/17/21 and no one called. Monday, I call 3 times got through to a live person twice, both times they hang up on me after explaining the whole situation and providing them with my name, date of birth, etc. Really bad patient service. Not reliable.

The Premier Endocrinology Group has been attentive to my health issues and concerns. My doctor, Dr. Ntim, has been thorough with my health history, past and present. He has taken into consideration the test results findings, explaining them to me so that I can understand them as well. I am thankful and grateful for doctors that include you in your medical care; paying attention to your voiced concerns! Total and integrative health !

Dr. Fynn took the time to listen to all my concerns, she also took the time to explain everything without making me feel like she was in a rush. She made me feel like she really cares. I would recommend her to everybody. Excellent doctor.

I’ve been going to this facility for around 3-4 years now and I love Dr. Finn. She always takes great care and time with me and my health concerns which is great. However, in the past year it’s been an extremely frustrating experience trying to get in touch with anyone for appointment changes, prescription refills, etc. It’s virtually impossible to get in touch with the front desk or staff. I’m not sure if this is due to changes with COVID or what is happening lately but the communication has been awful this past year. Again, I love Dr. Finn so I am very torn, but I’m contemplating going to a different doctor at this point because the communication just isn’t there anymore.

I can respect a Doctor that keeps you on point with the facts. Doctor Fynn said I cant change the damage youve done to your body by not taking control of your dibieties . If you follow my direction in controlling your sugars. I can help you stop the damage being done from this point forward. I think of those words everyday, and it helps me control what I eat. I can now say, I eat to live my best life.

I would like to give a star but after being told by dr kinaan to come see him after leaving the hospital and then calling and making a appointment and being told they don’t take my insurance but ur doctor was seeing me in the hospital and told me to come I’m made and upset and angry

When you are attended to by nurses or drs thats when the experience is great. I think the reception for patients could be a little warmer. But overall excellent care.

Let me say this.....This office is so unprofessional. They never answer the phone to answer questions or review labs. I have been missing labs that were completed. I paid for services and I wasn’t able to see a doctor in 3 weeks. I am in demanding to receive a refund for a visit that I was not able to see a doctor. I am looking for a quick response ASAP. These reviews can’t be legit after the experience I been having.

Dr. Fynn is a very kind and knowledgeable physician. She has a great bedside manner and explains everything so that there are no questions at the end of your visit. I will continue to see her in the future.

Dr. Ntim is the best but unfortunately the staff NEVER answer phones, messages and dont even send the prescriptions to pharmacy. Its been over a month since I had a call visit with Dr. and they have not sent my prescriptions to pharmacy, been calling and leaving messages and nothing. I am going to have to change dr because of the horrible staff.

The Dr. was very knowledge, personable and friendly. She made me feel very comfortable with her diagnosis. I will definitely continue with her as a patient.

This was the first visit with Dr. Fynn and unfortunately it had to be a phone conference. Dr. Fynn sound very pleasant, knowledgeable and confident. I gave a 5 stars because Im sure once I meet her in person, it will be deserved. Also the office staff is very helpful and pleasant as well.

A great big thank you to Dr. Fynn for her treatment of my dad. We appreciate the way she explains everything to us in layman’s terms, and the time she takes with us at every visit. My dad is absolutely thriving under her care!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL establishment that I have ever spoken to. Tuesday, December 29th I booked an appointment online for a new patient appointment and no one reached back out to me in regards to getting my insurance card information and medical history. On Thursday, January 7th at 9:46 am I called and after being on hold for 30 minutes I used the call back feature because NO ONE answered despite being open at 8:30 am. At 10:20 a representative called me and rudely told me that they dont have an appointment until the end of February and stated You obviously should have been aware if they do not call me then my appointment is not confirmed. Mind you I booked this appointment online on THEIR website and NO ONE called me!As a healthcare professional, I refuse to go to a clinic that is unorganized and doesnt know how to speak to individuals in a professional manner. I am NOT a five-year-old child and will not let someone speak to me in a condescending tone. The representative did not disclose their name, but I am writing this review to give other people a heads up and look elsewhere.

Dr. Ntim is a fantastic Endocrinologist, he seems very knowledgeable and concerned with his patients. Above everything else I appreciate that he actually takes the time to talk to his patients and understand everything that’s going on with their health and with them personally. I’ve only been a patient of his for a short time, but each visit has been enjoyable and helpful.

I found that it was a little disorganized. Told me to get there early I was there at 8 when the door supposed to be open they didnt open until 8:30 my appointment was at 9:15 I was seen at 9:36 they kept saying that I was there for diabetes but thats not the case I was there for my thyroids. Wonder if these people know what theyre doing. But their personality is very friendly.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Ntim for yrs and I wouldnt change him for any other physician. Dr. Ntim is one of the few Drs that actually listens to you and your concerns. Dr. Ntim has wonderful bedside manners,he always makes sure you are on board with his treatment plan and that you understand everything being discussed. I really cant say enough about Dr. Ntim he is just an amazing Doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Ntim.

I was totally satisfied in my discussion with the doctor. The office was suppose to order a new medication which the pharmacy as yet to receive the order.

Dr Fynn is really good and I have had great results since I started seeing her a few yrs ago, the only thing that I have always hated about Dr here is their waiting times even with a apt. for a certain time but even that has improved in this office, she also has a great staff.
