The doctor is amazing. A great listener, very down to earth , very friendly, very considerate. He tries to fixes your problems in every possible way . He doesn’t mind to walk an extra mile. He goes out of the way to accommodate you . He is an angel. I have never met such a doctor in my whole life .

It’s not often that you come across a specialist that actually cares about their patients. Dr Ntim is very knowledgeable and listens to what his patients have to say before adjusting his treatments. Office staff is friendly and helpful. The one specialist I don’t mind going to see.

I cant see Dr. Ntim they are always canceling my appointments. When I try to call back to make an appointment the phone system hangs up after 10 min. I call again and again. No one responds to refill requests from my pharmacy. They actually forgot I was in a room waiting to see the doctor and were surprised to see me waiting in the room when they came in to get a laptop from the room. Very long wait times. Rude staff. I am trying to get a refill on a perscription and still no response. I would NOT recommend this practice.

I have been a patient of Dr. NTim for years and for me, he is the best Endocrinologist I ever had. MY thyroid functions were all over the place but he corrects them every 3 months and adjusts my meds accordingly. He not only takes care of your labs, but also takes care of your personal issues too which can affect your labs. He is the BEST!

Update: 01-28-2021. I Had given them a 5 stars but that has changed!!!!I dont know what happened to this office....I think they changed the phone system. But for more than 2 weeks I have been calling them multiple times because they called in the wrong rx to my pharmacy and to make an appointment to go over my blood test results. I keep leaving messages and call back request and yet her I am almost 3 weeks later and no call. It is really sad because the DOCTOR IS AMAZING but if they dont do something to improve their phone system....they will be losing patients. Dr. Ntim takes time to talk to you and explain everything that is going on. Will keep going to him.

Im grateful to God for blessing me with the opportunity to be seen by Dr. Ntim. Ive been experiencing hyperthyroidism and was referred to him by my primary care physician. Dr. Ntim was so detailed in providing information regarding hyperthyroidism and dealing with it. He took time to answer every one of my questions. From the staff at the front desk, to the nurse and Dr. Ntim this is by far one of the best physicians office Ive ever visited. Their kindness and professionalism is off the chart! If I could have rated them with 10 stars I would have!!

I had an abnormal thyroid ultrasound and was very concerned. I researched and found Dr Kwame Ntim, a board certified Endocrinologist in Saint Cloud, Florida. I was prepared with my radiological results and saw Dr Ntim. I am very thankful to have found such a knowledgeable, compassionate and caring professional. He put all my concerns at ease and reassured me not to worry. After his explanation and diagram of my condition, I left his office feeling like I had a new lease on life! He reassured me I had nothing to worry about and I believed him. Well, it’s been eight months and two visits to date and all is well with me. Hope you never need an Endocrinologist but if you do, I recommend Dr Ntim very highly. Best of the best! By the way he has several locations.
