Dr Kinnaan is amazing, the office staff could act like they care a little more

First I have to say the staff was great and the Dr was awesome he explained everything to me and he made sure I understand everything that I had to do.

Staff is very friendly, I was taken on time, and only waited a few minutes in the room. Dr.Mustafa is very kind and helpful. A positive experience all around.

Dr Kinaan is fine, but i waited for the televisit call for over one hour and finally called the office. The person did not explain why I had not received the call but in turn took my info/vitals, weight ... and told me that the doctor would call me shortly. He did and the televisit went smoothly.Dr Kinaan answered any questions I asked.I was satisfied once the televisit started, but waiting for more than ONE HOUR is totally unacceptable. Even a call noting that things were running late with a guestimate of callk time would have helped.

Dr Kinaan allowed time for me ask questions and go over concerns. He explained in detail questions and concerns I had. I left feeling very comfortable about the visit

All personnel that I had contact with were friendly and professional. Doctor Kinaan was patient and answered all my questions. I found him to be thorough and professional and very pleasant to deal with.

Dr. Kinaan is incredible! He explains everything thoroughly. He is compassionate and kind. He does what is the best for the patient. He is truly one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. God bless him!!

Dr. Kinaan was great BUT the over an hour wait time with a scheduled appointment is ridiculous. Ill keep that in mind if/when I schedule a follow-up.

I was learly of a phone consultation, but Dr Kinaan listened to what i was saying and satisfied my every question. Ive seen him a couple times since and I really like him. He listens. He has empathy and compassion. We are working on my problem together.

Dr. Kinaan was exceptional professional. He provided information in understandable terms, listened to questions and concerns, and answered all questions. Concerns were addressed with possible solutions that we will try. A 3 month follow up appointment has been scheduled to review results of suggested changes to medications and vitamins/supplements. I really liked his listening skills; I did not feel rushed during our virtual appointment.

Great doctor, but the office, unfortunately, needs a better management.

My regular doctor was no able to see me on my appointment day and Dr. Kinaan was assigned to see me . I had an excellent experience with his treatment and great professionalism during my appointment .Dr Kinaan is a kind, an and knowlegable doctor. I recommend him to anyone without any doubt.
